"I stayed at Hyatt Raipur for two nights from 4th July to 6th July. The room was okay overall, but I had to wait for almost an hour for check-in, which was a bit disappointing. Complimentary snacks or tea/coffee were not provided in the room, which I expected at this level. That said, the breakfast buffet and dinner were genuinely delicious, with a very good spread. The hospitality at the restaurant was excellent, and I would especially like to mention the manager, Prabhat, for his warm and attentive service. I did not receive a suite upgrade even as a Globalist member, which was disappointing, but the restaurant experience stood out positively."
