This is over priced hotel, rooms are very small compared to price room service is not so active. Initially basic facilities was not in the i have to ask for everything. I will not recommend to anyone this hotel. Also i want to add one more thing i have booked hotel emarald for today but they don't have gym or spa at hotel so kindly remove this amenities from the hotel as sometimes customer get harassed for this that y i need to cancel.

Though they call it a 3 star hotel first they do not belong to this category. Starting with furnitures and upholstery placed in the rooms and reception are in poor condition the leather type of upper covers are torn at places and the cloth holding beneath have also torn and hanging showing poor maintenance. Coming to other equipments in the room, the wear and tear visible on them are showing their age. The blankets are torn at places under apparently clean cover.The wash room is in miserable condition, water dripping from tap continuously. The lower part of the wash room in touch with water showing stains of crust and same with commode bowl.The door of the washroom not clean and frame of the door chipped and woods visible.Carpets and doormats are shabby and torn. Good thing are -it's location , complimentary breakfast spread though not with many items, acceptable, quality of food served in restaurant not bad, and the staff listens to instructions.

Furniture in room was very dirty
room service was very very bad
extra bed was given to sleep on the ground entrance stairs into hotel was very dirty. It was packed with discarded cartons we will not recommend this hotel to anyone

The very basic facility of flushing of commode of toilet pan was defective. The response to call was very very late.

Someday they arrange buffet breakfast and someday they arrange in room service without prior intimation and in enquiry it is found it will be room service and after order they take 30-45 mins which cause delay if you go for official work and the quality of food is not upto mark.
