"Hotel Raindew is centrally located at Lalpur Ranchi. We organised an event for The Times of India here. Food was ultimate. Quick Service. They managed the dinner well even when we pre poned the dinner by an hour. Still no compromise with the quality. Chef Rajesh had prepared the best food. Mantosh, Mukesh, Amit were fast at managing the service led by Ankit the F&B incharge. Mr. Prem Shankar Sharma and his team and ops incharge Mr. Madhusudan were great at there part and supported us to execute a seamless event. Thank you team Raindew ."

"Rampant cheating while booking. Daylight robbery. Booked two non refundable rooms via make my trip. Paid upfront 10k to mmt. Due medical issues, we were not able to use stairs so we upgraded to deluxe rooms via hotel directly and paid them rs. 3. 5k for the upgrade to the hotel. A medical emergency resulted in having to cancel the booking. We cancel-led the booking almost 15 days before our trip and were met with stuff resistance from mm t for any refund. Moreover when we contacted the hotel to request for the refund of just the upgrade amount of 3500 rupees given to them, they did not give the same to us citing "account issues. Would never recommend this place to anyone due to inflexibility and attitude of the place. It was a booking of just 1 day for 2 rooms and they refused to even give a partial refund, nor have they returned our extra 3. 5k for upgradation sent to them."

"Location is good. Around a km from ranchi railway station. Traffic is not much on this road. Hotel has very spacious rooms. Food is good. Quantity is more for a normal person. Breakfast spread was same for all mornings. Has healthy food and not so healthy ones. Each and every personnel are there to make the guest comfortable. In some cases, the service was extremely fast. It was never late. All in all i enjoyed the stay."

"NONTRANSPARENCY IN BOOKING/CANCELLATION & DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE, MAKE MY TRIP and HOTEL HOLIDAY HOME RANCHI Booked two non refundable rooms via Make My Trip. Paid upfront 10k to MMT. Due medical issues, we were not able to use stairs so we upgraded to deluxe rooms via hotel directly and paid Rs. 3360/- for the upgrade directly to Holiday Home. A medical emergency resulted in having to cancel the trip and we tried cancelling the booking almost 15 days before our trip. We were met with stiff resistance from MMT for any refund. MMT website offered an option for refund by uploading medical documents. However uploading medical documents was impossible through this website. Moreover when we contacted Holiday Home with a request for the refund of just the upgrade amount of ₹3360/- paid via UPI to them, they refused, citing "account issues". My booking of one day for two rooms was not given even a partial refund by MMT nor the upgrade of ₹3360/- paid to Hotel Holiday Home directly. Would NEVER recommend Holiday Home Ranchi to anyone due to inflexibility and attitude of the place. MMT be blacklisted for service deficiency. All traveller, Be Warned ! Anamika Ray "
