Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Clean and calm hotel . Very economical and worth as per price offered by the front office.food was amazing and also accommodating the food portion on demand.Cleanness was of high level in and surrounding the hotel.I recommend to others to go once .

Stayed five nights for the India vs England Test Match. I arrived at 5am and from other reviews was aware to walk into shopping area. Checked-if fine. A well-run clean hotel with great staff and service. Food is excellent, room and bathroom could not fault and maid service is perfect when servicing the rooms. Location is very good, being on the main road to the stadium and a few yards from the Radisson Blu where the teams stayed. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you (despite the cricket outcome!)

I recently stayed with my family at Hotel Palash Residency in Ranchi during the last week of September for 2 nights. At first, I was a bit disappointed by the exterior of the hotel, which looked different from what was shown on the website. However, upon checking into the Executive Room, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was immaculately clean and equipped with all the basic amenities as promised. The standout feature of our stay was the excellent room service. The staff was attentive and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had booked a room with complimentary breakfast, and it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was truly delightful. In summary, our experience at Hotel Palash Residency was overwhelmingly positive. Despite initial reservations about the exterior, the cleanliness, room amenities, and exceptional room service made our stay memorable and enjoyable. We would certainly recommend this hotel to others visiting Ranchi.
