Very bad experience ac not working & room not clean no brakfast payment but not a good breakfast no service good very bad service.

Pathetic Hotel service. Water crisis is a major issue in this hotel. No water for a shower and bathroom in the morning.

First of all i had to pay around 1500 including gst which was a a bit high as compared to the room cleanliness and the overall quality of service i received till the end. Rajasthan rasoi, their restaurant was closed however room service was available but that was also very late. I ordered a tea ~8:25 and till ~9:05 i didn’t get it. They said that it will take 20 min and i waited but still i didn’t get it. I had to step out without having it. I checked in at 9:15. I was charged 435 extra for early check in. Even after multiple request i didn’t get even a single penny off. Despite extending my stay for 6 hours which i did offline. not at all worth it. Conversation with receptionists was unpleasant. At least they could have offered me a water bottle just for customer sake but they charged 32 rs. For that as well. Sofa in reception was so dirty that i had to call it out. Bathroom had drain like stinky smell. Continuously coming. They gave toilet paper but not at all thoughtful to place a covered dustbin in bathroom. Bed sheet had cig burn mark

Excellent. Easily reached and very good communication to all places. Food was really good and as per price quantity also good. Completely value for money. Hotel staff was excellent in behavior and discipline. Regularly clean the room which was major factor of evry hotels.
