I was looking forward to the spa, but unfortunately there was no hot water. The hotel itself is very clean, and the location and transportation options are not bad. However, the amenities are lacking. For example, I don't have pajamas, and I don't have a toothbrush or toothpaste. Only towels and body soap were provided. It's a beautiful and affordable hotel, but the downside is that it looks like it has a lot of amenities.

Von der Organisation der Buchung vor Urlaubsantritt (mit dem Empfangschef) über den Transport zum Flughafen und zurück ins Hotel nach Wiederankunft war alles einwandfrei. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfand ich wirklich als gut und wir sind als Familie mit dem Anlaufpunkt des Hotels in Flughafennähe sehr zufrieden gewesen und können das Hotel gern weiter empfehlen.

Hotel ziet er netjes, schoon en prettig uit. Echter! Bij aankomst in december kregen we een twin deluxe room (we waren met zn 2en🧐) ipv double deluxe room. Overboekt kregen we te horen. Maar daar bleef het niet bij. We kregen een kamer met een beslapen onopgemaakt bed en gewoon niet schoongemaakt. Ofwel,met onze vermoeide hoofd (was 2230 uur) naar de receptie. Kregen we weer een 1 persoonskamer natuurlijk met een twijfelaar ipv fatsoenlijk 2 pers bed. Dag erna naar receptie gegaan voor compensatie of evt. Een kamer in het hotel bij de luchthaven. Vol en vol hoorden we. Ter compensatie werd ons voor de zondag een gratis ontbijt aangeboden en korting op de kamer. Dit zou gemaild worden door het langharig figuur aan hotelspecials. Mooi verhaal. Verbaasde mij niks maar 3 weken later contact gehad met hotelspecials. Uiteraard geen mail gehad,niets bekend. Zij hebben toen onze klacht doorgezet naar relaxa met daarbij dat het antwoordt op zich zou laten wachten gezien het een druk hotelketen betreft. 3xmaal raden nada. Het langharige gedrocht heeft in het hotel helemaal niets voor ons gedaan en dacht terug naar nl morgen daaaggg. Ofwel. Ziet er netjes uit op het oog, ontbijt goed maar zekerheid op een geboekte kamer...ga er niet van uit. afspraken nakomen...zeker niet. Nooit meer. 🤔

Gehen seit Jahren mit einer Gruppe von Freunden in das Hotel, waren immer zufrieden,aber dieses Jahr war es wirklich schlecht. Das Zimmer war staubig, wird auch nur jeden 3 Tag gereinigt, Bar war geschlossen, Parking war immer gratis , kostet jetzt auch 8 Euro Wenn Personal da war war es relativ unfreundlich, außer die beim Frühstück Gehen nicht mehr hin
