"Was far from attractions hard to get to unless with taxi paid €20 from the airport . But in the morning I took the shuttle taxi to the airport which was very good and not pricy only €5 The services were great. You should have told us more clearly about the Suna. I would have used it."

"The hotel looks neat, clean, and pleasant. However! Upon arrival in December, we were given a twin deluxe room (there were only two of us🧐) instead of a double deluxe room. We were told it was overbooked. But it didn't stop there. We were given a room with a slept-in, unmade bed that simply hadn't been cleaned. In other words, with our tired heads (it was 10:30 PM), we went to the reception. We were given a single room again, naturally with a small double bed instead of a decent double bed. The next day, we went to the reception for compensation or possibly a room at the hotel near the airport. We were told it was fully booked. As compensation, we were offered a free breakfast for Sunday and a discount on the room. This was supposed to be emailed to Hotelspecials by the long-haired figure. Nice story. It didn't surprise me at all, but 3 weeks later I contacted Hotelspecials. Naturally, I hadn't received an email, and they knew nothing about it. They then forwarded our complaint to Relaxa, adding that the response would take some time given that it concerns a busy hotel chain. Guess what? Nothing. The long-haired monstrosity did absolutely nothing for us at the hotel and thought, "Back to the Netherlands tomorrow, bye-bye." In other words: Looks neat at first glance, breakfast good, but certainty of a booked room... don't count on it. Keeping promises... definitely not. Never again. 🤔"

"Not idyllic, near a crossing, ideal for my purposes. Good with the ventilator, sleeping at chipped window. Breakfast was good, warm, cold, fresh fruit, coffee goes like that. The on the room was very good (ne Clooney). Good beds, mattress comfortable. I would like to come back. Rugguck with public transport in Düsseldorf."

"I was flying out of Dusseldorf Airport with Eurowings back to Edinburgh, but they cancelled my flight and rebooked me on to a British Airways flight from Frankfurt the next morning. Until then they put me up in a hotel for the night, and while I only needed it unto 1am before my train to Frankfurt, it at least gave me somewhere I could relax and get washed until then. Nice little country hotel that is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Staff are very friendly, and rooms are very spacious. All in all it gave everything I needed for the 5 or so hours I used it for."

"The family rooms are modern and very spacious. Delicious Nespresso coffee, tea and water in the room. Breakfast and dinner are very tasty and the buffet is very varied and very good! Small but nice wellness area with steam bath, sauna, footbath and loungers. We would come back!"

"I was a long-term business guest in this hotel for several weeks. My stay brought a significant turnover to the house, and there were actually many more bookings planned for the future. What I had to experience in the service and guest care then was absolutely fairy. A important package that was carried by the hotel address as a sender went back to the hotel. When I personally and politely asked the hotel manager if the package could be accepted and stored for a short time – while I expressly offered to take over all costs –, this became in an incredibly unholy, Arrogant and patchy sounds strictly rejected. The oral statement was simply stuffy: “We don't accept a package.” When I wanted to clarify the whole thing again in writing, suddenly another excuse was invented and postponed “data protection”. The whole was coronered by a very snippious response from the management in the style of “I don't let me threaten”, just because you are drawing consequences as a customer. The management of this hotel with guests is all other than good, professional or honest. To hit the head and get into contradictions is absolutely business-damaging for a loyal customer because of a simple packaging. **Conclusion:** We cancelled all future reservations for this hotel and permanently switch to a customer friendly competition. Whoever adds value to honest, respectful handling and minimum service, this hotel should absolutely avoid!"
