We had booked Villa Barluzzi for 3 nights at the end of September. We were travelling from US and hit some delays. Because we had arrived after 8pm, Villa Barluzzi canceled our entire stay! I would like to point out that we had paid for the reservation in FULL and so that means the room is ours for that time. But not according to Villa Barluzzi- they think they can take your money and then rent the room to someone else. Villa Barluzzi charged me over $3k for my reservation, cancelled my reservation without my knowledge, re-booked the room for someone else, and did not refund me for my reservation. This place is a SCAM. BE AWARE! I cannot get a hold of anyone the hotel. The number provided has a constant busy signal or a forever ring with no one answering. There is no option to leave a message, even. I have emailed per email on site multiple times and no one has responded.

Stunning views!!!!!! Unsurpassed assistance and care from Salvatore!!!!!!!!! All rooms seemed to be of different shapes and with different balcony and porch sizes. Our room was called Queen Room with Sea View and what seemed as a double size bed. The room on the top floor was extremely small but luxurious. We had 3 large porches and a hot tub. We lived outside most of the time. It was great to jump into the hot tub at the end of each day of walking. Breakfasts were great in the garden area .
