Old Hotel, No water for free :(

Disabled accessible rooms are both at the front of the hotel overlooking the square. Music continued until 3am and the window was very poorly sealed. In fact, there was a gap. Impossibly to sleep. The bathroom was very hard to use in a wheelchair. We had planned to stay 3 nights but couldn’t cope with the bathroom. We’re forced to pay 50% of the cost of the second night even though the hotel was not fit for purpose.

Despite the good location, nothing else is good about this hotel. The rooms are tiny and it’s incredibly loud, especially at night till very late. Elevator seems unsafe. Bad service. And to top it off, my bracelet was stolen in the room during the day because they require to surrender your keys (so they can steal your stuff.) My advice, stay elsewhere. Rennes is beautiful.

I reserved my room for two nights via ********** using my credit card more than a month before my stay there. Two days before my stay, they cancel my reservation because "your credit card doesn't work". Right, I just paid with it today. They didn't call/message me to ask for clarification or another card, just went ahead and cancelled. They probably gave the room away to somebody who paid a higher rate. Never will book this hotel again. Now I had to book another hotel at double the rate.

I was in a room at the back overlooking a small garden so very quiet. Decent room and fairly varied breakfast. The welcome is pleasant and we had a business rate. Well placed because close to the center.

un hôtel très bien situé dans le vieux Rennes ,nous avions une chambre au sixième étage.la literie est bonne ,la chambre est propre. La salle d'eau avec douche et toilettes est très petite attention le pare douche ne laisse qu'un espace restreint pour entré sous la douche. Le personnel est très professionnel et porte attention aux clients. Le petit déjeuner offre un bon choix. En conclusion l'hôtel est un peu vieillot et demanderai une rénovation mais est d'un bon rapport qualité prix.

Nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes devant l’hôtel à 23h30 car le réceptionniste est allé voir le feu de d’artifices avec des clients… Cet hotêl manque très clairement de sérieux. De plus, il y’a d’autres choses qui ne vont pas comme la pression d’eau qui est très faible. En conclusion je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel !
