The welcome was perfectly professional, much like what you'd expect from a Mama Shelter hotel. The room is spacious and features modern decor. An umbrella is provided (which can certainly come in handy in Brittany!), but there are no facilities for coffee, tea, or hot beverages. There's a mini-fridge with two bottles of water and a safe. Please note that a €50 per day deposit is charged immediately and refunded within a few days after your departure."

"The hotel is located in the city center – a bit far from the train and bus stations (not a big deal, we always walked), but very close to the historical sights. The interior is very pleasant, the staff is wonderful, there's an elevator and a luggage storage area. The room is small but quite pleasant; there was even a kettle. There were some minor issues, like a leaky shower, but I think those were minor. We were quite comfortable here."
