We are so disappointed with this experience, the room and the location are great, no surprise, on the other hand the very bad surprise was having to wait for 45 minutes in the corridor, for the receptionist to manage to light his lantern! He had coded the wrong door, and when I kindly asked for a commercial gesture, he humiliated me!!! By accusing me of having given him the wrong door number, knowing that I had given him back the card with the room number!!! He was clearly at fault and literally passed the blame on me, by the way it was my partner who guessed his mistake! And finally, there was only one towel. We had no apology, nor any commercial gesture, knowing that we were forced to cancel our restaurant reservation, and our friends kindly found another restaurant for us and waited. It was a ****** ! Just for a receptionist who doesn't know the basics of his job!!!! He ruined our weekend.
