The villa is a ground floor unit of 130 sq. with easy access to the large garden from all rooms. The vacation rental consists of a spacious living area of 75 sq., 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Experience a real feeling of freedom as from the interior you have immediate access to the can lay back on the sun recliners, rest in a shaded hammock settled under a huge tree, listen to the birds, fully relax in a quiet and private surrounding and enjoy the scenery towards the sea. The entire plot is fenced and you find private car parking spots behind the entrance gate.

The living area consists of a really spacious open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. This space is bright and allows a free view to the outside area from the large windows doors. The dining room has a dining table and chairs. The sitting room features a triple and double sofa and a classic office desk for the guests who need to keep up with some work. A Smart TV with Astra satellite connection for the foreign channels. An air-conditioning unit (cool/heat), an open fire place and wood stove burner will guarantee a pleasant stay during any season.
