Wonderful hotel. Great location. (nearby city center) Looked after us daily very well and rooms were spacious and clean. All people were amazing and very friendly. Food in restaurants was tasty and service excellent. Huge variety of alcohol and kids -suggestions- drinks as well. Staff in reception were very helpful and knowledgeable of local area. My 2 kids (7yo and 4yo) loved kids club. Check in was very fast and efficiency. 2025 is loading.

Our stay at Grecotel Creta Palace was absolutely amazing! Beautiful grounds, spacious and spotless rooms, excellent food, and top-tier service made for a perfect vacation. Special thanks to Vasilios and Adonis for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The beachfront, pools, and spa were all fantastic. Truly relaxing, family-friendly, and eco-conscious. Highly recommend – we can’t wait to return!

Just spent a week here as a family of four with young school age children. Hotel rooms were well cleaned every day. The whole facilty was clean and well maintained. Food was very nice and the facilty has lots of entertainment ie a big climbing wall and aqua fitness. By far the most impressive thing was the kids club, the staff were amazing and so engaging. The children found the club most enjoyable and asked to go most days. As a parent I felt the children were well cared for and safe. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. It's a long walk to the centre of the local town, however the hotel can arrange taxi for 10 euros each way if you want to explore things offsite. The beach is connected to the hotel and has soft sand, clear water and sunbeds.

The staff is amazing and have a great service mind. Very good Grecotel kidsclub, with great staff from 10-18. The food and drinks are excellent! The rooms are cleaned every day with new sheets. The cocktails that are included in the comfort package are great. I highly recommend this hotel/ resort.

We had a few issues at the hotel and the managment and myself had a meeting and everything was resolved. They have gone out of there way to put things right, leaving a bottle of sparkling Brut wine and canopies in are room, and that for the remaining of are holiday, nothing is too much. William, the manager has also said that the issues we had would be looked into and changed and if we was to return to the hotel in the future, that he would personally make sure that we would reseave the best of quality from him and his staff. Staff are very kind and attentive and would like to thank William the manager for his time in dealing with this matter above and beyond. Will definitely be returning to this wonderful Hotel. Everything in this hotel in 10/10! Starting from a warm welcoming, impeccable cleanliness, to excellent food. This is truly one of the best hotels that I've been to. It's worth every euro that you pay to be here. Staff, services, beach, pool, bars, SPA area and even shops are just wonderfull. Hope to get back there again someday. ❤️

We just left from Creta Palace in Rethymnon with a group of friends and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. One of the highlights was the amazing service at the bar—drinks were of great quality, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A special shout out to the hotel manager, William, and his fantastic team. We truly felt the Greek philoxenia from the moment we arrived. William’s warm hospitality made a big difference and added a personal touch to our stay. Highly recommended—looking forward to returning!

Staff are fantastic !! Superb hotel. Superb view super clean . You can go from the swimming pool to tte beach in 2 minutes. The buffet in very very large lots of choices . The rooms are clean and confortable beds. You can have very long walk on on the beach
