Naillac Boutique Hotel delivered on all its promises: The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful, making the stay wonderfully worthwhile. All rooms are very stylish and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet, available from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., is sumptuous and leaves nothing to be desired. Furthermore, the hotel has an excellent location, both for those who want to explore the picturesque fortress town in the old part of Rhodes as well as for beachgoers. The beach and the old town are within easy walking distance in just a few minutes. And for those who don't want to swim in the Aegean Sea, the hotel has a lovely swimming pool. Thanks to General Manager Niki and her efficient team for the excellent vacation at the Naillac Boutique Hotel. We shall come back.

I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. It’s in a great location, very close to beaches and restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to the medieval old town. It is super stylish and spotlessly clean with a delicious buffet breakfast served until 11am. The cleaners are amazing, ensuring our room was cleaned every day while we were at breakfast and providing us with daily clean beach towels. The staff in general (and particularly Anna) are friendly and very helpful. We will definitely return.

We would highly recommend this charming hotel. Very modern and comfortable. We felt so relaxed here. The breakfast is good, with lots of choice and never crowded. Bedrooms are attractive and well-designed with comfy beds; the daily cleaning team are outstanding. The pool area is lovely, with comfortable sunbeds surrounded by a lush, green garden. The staff are delightful; very friendly and nothing too much trouble. We had a late flight and they were fully booked but they happily stored our bags and we could use the pool for the remainder of the day. The location is great with numerous restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, a couple of minutes to the sea and about 20 minutes walk to the Old Town.

Excellently located small boutique hotel with bags of charm, Super friendly and caring staff. Location - Perfect for exploring restaurants, Bars and shops in the old and new town, close to beach bars of which Ronda was our personal favourite pretty expensive but worth it in our opinion. Try Greek stories, Pizza 99 and Union bar for quality at reasonable prices. The hotel : Small but charming, Spotless and modern, with everything you need. Staff : Just lovely people, Had a real good laugh with them but still very professional. Thanks to the Naillac we will visit again very soon x

We love our stay at the hotel. Brand new and spotless clean. Located at quiet area and at the same time close to everything. But most important is the hotel staff that is sure friendly. Highly recommended.if you’re looking for the perfect place to stay at and you’re not fans of the big and crowded hotels this the place to stay

My friend and I have just enjoyed the most wonderful food at this lovely restaurant. The food was delicious. The service was excellent . I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff Christos Eleftheria and for Olya for making us so welcome.

Don’t book as it’s not even open yet. Workmen all over the place and a big skip. We were lied to and told firstly that the hotel ad overbooked the room, then it changed to be a technical issue. This is very stressful a few days before you fly and they must have known it wouldn’t be open in time and looks a long way off from being ready. Im sure it will be lovely when finished and is in a great location but for now, find something else that is open.

Wow! Lucy and the friendly team made our week’s holiday at Naillac very special. Friendliness and kindness were seamless and 24/7. Clean, contemporary design, the hotel stands apart from its neighbours because it’s small by comparison but this is its USP as you get to know the staff and don’t feel a faceless commodity. The pool is really amazing, a choice of sunbeds and poolside bar… great cocktails by Monica!

Enjoyed everything here ! The room was very clean and the food delicious. The hotel is in the city center close to everything, yet very peaceful and relaxing. Last but not least, we loved the decoration and the interior design. I would definitely visit again.
