Uber chic hotel, friendly young staff, had a great time... Defo worth the half board option as the food was amazing, great menu every night! Breakfast had everything and hot section changed every day... Push up to the suite if you can as the rooms are very spacious and pool side. Hotel and rooms spotless. Taxis can be pricey and didn't see many buses so hire a car, available in the hotel and the price per day was the equivalent to 1 taxi ride! A big thank you to Aimilio and Stefanos (aka Bruno Fernandes ;)) who were always looking out for us...

Big thanks to Stefan’s and his team in the restaurant. We booked half board after reading other reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Great menus every night, four courses included, fantastic staff. Stayed in a lot of hotels over the years this one wins hands down.

Location and hotel facilities are amazing however, the place is let down by the staff. Upon checking in the AC in our room was broken, after contacting the front desk twice within an hour we were told someone would look at it (time unspecified), called back for a 3rd time 30 minutes later to be told it’ll be fixed the following day. After pushing the issue we managed to get moved rooms. During the day when you approach the bar for a drink you’re told if you stay on your lounger they’ll come and serve you, which means you can only get a drink if someone’s passing (sometimes waiting an hour). 3 days in our possessions were removed from a sun lounger as they’d been left unattended (we’d gone up to the room for 30 minutes to sort a few things). When we challenged this we were told Sunbeds can’t be left unattended for more than 15 minutes, we then said “so we can’t leave our beds all day?” “You can only leave for more than 15 minutes if you’re going for lunch” “How does that work? How do you know if we’re having lunch” “It’s not my problem” It seems like the hotel policy is based around how the staff are feeling that day as this hadn’t been an issue on the previous 2 days? Overall Rhodes is a lovely place however, I won’t be returning to this hotel

Where to start (and a preview - no way I can end the praise). There were expectations of our 10-day summer holiday in Greece, but we got SOOO much more. The designer brought the beauty of surroundings inside the interior - narutal materials beautifully paint the nearby hills with the pine trees and the beautiful sand beach (colours of the wall, real wood furniture, stone sink in the bathroom). 2 huge pools with more than enough beds and umbrellas with nearby bars and often DJ and live performers bring a great refreshment to nice sunny days. Cooling yourself down is also easy with a long list of cocktails and other cold beverages (an extremely tasty and instagramable cocktail one hast to try is called Art!). Greek cuisine is known as extremely tasty and healthy and the hotel offer did not disappoint AT ALL. 3 restaurants offer local, international, italian and asian street food (with some fusion dishes), and our choice to take a half board was a bingo - soup, three appetizers, a main dish (2 options) and most decadent desserts (vegetarian and vegan options also available). Everything was very tasty, rich in variety and abundant. But the best part for me was the service and the personelle making your dream-holiday virtually amazing.. Everyone and I do mean everyone was so pleasant, they made me feel truly welcomed. From the dearest Nasia as a dinner hostess, whose smiling face made the room brighter, to attentive waiters and bartenders, from prudent cleaning ladies to lovely receptionists and footmen. We also had great advices for day trips to Lindos and small island Symi (both fairytale places!). I have to stop myself here, otherwise I could ask for a book contract. However, if it helps you to book your holidays with this hotel, I am happy I could share my more than satisfying experience and memories.
