Going to start this review with a huge positive which is that we would look to possibly come back, but I think there are small tweaks the hotel could make to improve on their service & facilities. Positives: -The female manager in the restaurant was lovely, she went the extra mile to engage with our 2 year old boy. -Food in the buffet was amazing, we are foodies and we rate it 5/5. Desserts were insane. -Pool areas are gorgeous, cleanly kept & well maintained. -We enjoyed the music around the pool as it brought a bit of atmosphere. -Greek & Italian Al La Cartes were gorgeous, definitely recommend booking these. Areas of improvement (don’t like the word negatives): - Service at the pool bar was really bad, coming from a hospitality background you notice these things a bit more. There were various occasions the bar had 5+ members of staff on it with only 2 serving, as soon as the manager walked past they quickly started serving but you’d sometimes find them chatting. This doesn’t help when you already have to queue quite a while for drinks. -Cocktails could be improved to add some more traditional cocktails such as Pina Colada, Strawberry Daquiri, Black Russian, just to name a few. -Spirits were on the sweet side, not sure if that’s because they’re local but we very quickly got sick of drinking them. -Kids disco should be outside by the pool bar, it’s much easier for parents to watch their children whilst being able to socialise at the same. Doing it in the kids club is odd, therefore never went. -Wine bar Al La Carte food was poor, skip the salad, do more tapas style food with genuine wine pairings would be a perfect experience and quite unique for an all inclusive. All in all we had a fantastic holiday but if you were to implement the improvements suggested we would definitely come back!! :)
