Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Buffet gab es immer wieder verschiedene Auswahlmöglichkeiten, und der Highlight war, dass fast jeden Abend irgendeine Veranstaltung war. Verschiedene Entertainer haben dort gesungen.

Room not up to standard, paid for sea view got pool view. Room had full bin when arrived. Not cleaned properly. Room door left open twice by cleaners, no toilet roll change, no bed made. Not even swept floors. Staff unbothered and unhelpful bar one or two. Balcony always has a big puddle due to ac water being directed onto it. Buffet staff not interested in helping you only interested in pedestrians coming in off the street. Bar staff never crack a smile and seem to be the same ones 9am-11pm(slave labour). Transfers from the hotel to destinations cost more than the local taxis. Feels every corner they want your money and once you’ve given it they turn their back and forget about you.

This has been the best trip ever. A massive thank you to all the reps especially Jodi she has been amazing with the whole entertainment even after the shows have finished. The rooms are okay our door locked is out a few times. And took them awhile to get us out was very sorry. The food is amazing and just everything in the hotel is wicked.

Very nice personel, proffesional and kind. Great activities conducted by Tereza such as aqua gym and darts :). Food could be better but overall it was good, we enjoyed our holidays. Every second evening there was party with real band but personnally I liked the single man band with some audio stuff, he song pink floyd and other good rock music, most underrated but still the best. Regards from Dart champion of Rodos :D.
