This hotel has now been renamed . It’s called the lindos nest . It has had a re fit , but so many things still need sorting . How ever the staff are beyond friendly and the manger try’s to do anything he can to help you enjoy your holiday. Transport down to the town at night is something they try to do , giving people lifts in their own cars . If you think basic and clean with very friendly staff . I won’t be returning it’s to far out for me and would not pay 4 star tourist tax for this basic accommodation . The air-conditioning is very good and it’s free, which is a really big bonus..

The only positive thing u could say about this place is the natural location at the top of the hill looking down on Pefkos but this place is worn out and finished and when u paid TUI all your hard saved money and got filth and dirt and the worst experience u could ever have the staff do not care and treat the guests with total contempt and lack of care. The Breakfast we paid for was not what we got and they even tried to scam 4euros extra for a full breakfast which was obviously for the back pocket and the waiter serving your food with a cigarette dropping ash on your toast ! There are zero facilities after 5 in the evening as-the pool bar closes and the advertised bar had shut permanently so if you are unlucky to have ended up here as well make use of the fantastic, restaurants and night life in Pefkos and the warmest welcome that u will not receive from ZAKIS treat this place as a room with a view and spend as little time as u can here and go and have a great holiday and see the island as we did u have to put on a brave face or u would cry ! TUI STOP SENDING PEOPLE HERE

This hotel should be closed down! It's due to be refurbished soon but looking at the sister hotels reviews it won't change that much! The rooms are clean. But everything is rusty/broken/tired. Linen isn't changed alternate days, they just make your beds alternate days (there's a sign in reception to confirm this). The first week we were there I swam laps in the beautiful pool, the 2nd week it went badly wrong! Green algae on the bottom and along the edges. The short guy running the bar was so lazy! He sat all day on his phone or eating! That's if he bothered to turn up-when his gf arrived we didn't see him for hours on end, you just helped yourself to drinks ice creams! Apparently he would maybe throw some chlorine in the pool, if he could be bothered! No testing of pH levels! Frankly dangerous and negligence. The tui rep now visits daily because they've had so many complaints. If its to late and you've booked, my advice is to walk 5 mins up the road and spend your day at Pefkos Blue Hotel, its beautiful and buying a drink entitled us to use their facilities for a full day. A complaint to tui has been filed and compensation already given (before we came home, so that speaks volumes!!)

Ok so this place was lovely when the old couple had it , but sadly new owners don't care , sheets not changed for entire stay , mould on bathroom ceiling with paint peeling , bathroom door rotting swelled at bottom , kettle won't switch off had to use a towel to pick it up, handy man room was next to ours constant smell of cigarette smoke, no water pressure rusty fridge doesn't cool properly, one cup, two knives and one fork , no cooking utensils, pool murkey it's endless , TUI need to be taken to task over this customer service won't do anything to help.only fob off, these problems were present before we booked our stay ,they know its sub standard but continue to send paying customers, I think a group claim with Irwin Mitchell's solicitors is a good shout and have exchanged emails with other disgruntled customers , I for one will be boycotting TUI for the foreseeable future .SHAME ON TUI filthy place with rude staff with potential for legionella from faulty AC units this place is DANGEROUS be warned do NOT use at any costs

Shocking place. Previous reviews were great. New owners have let this place down. Guests who had previously been were amazed at how it had changed. Pool dirty. Rooms very basic. Food at the pool area hit and miss. Shabby sun beds. No staff. The list could go on. Avoid. Faulty Towers

This hotel has the potential for becoming a fantastic place. The views are great it's out of the centre, but not to far to walk or get a taxi. The rooms ate bright and catch the sun in the afternoon. The food is overpriced, though. And the bar is closed at 4 o clock in the afternoon.

Stayed at Ziakis having booked a package holiday with TUI. There were numerous issues during our 10 day stay. Firstly, the room was infested with ants for which we were provided with a complimentary can of bug spray. We were without hot water at times or no water at all. The cleaning schedule posted in reception was not adhered to, apparently there was a shortage of cleaning staff. The kitchen waste bin was full to overflowing as was the toilet paper bin in the bathroom (in every other accommodation I have ever stayed at in Greece, the toilet paper bin has been emptied daily as it should be). Towels provided were old and threadbare, the table on the patio was broken, jagged and stained, no facilities to dry clothes on patio, water stained, rotting bathroom door, peeling paint on bathroom ceiling, I could go on… The hotel as a whole was shabby and tired. I was informed by a member of staff that it is closing for a full refurbishment and that TUI will no longer be using it. TUI were informed of many of the issues during our stay, however, to little effect. Complete waste of money, shocking that TUI should use such a run down, dirty and shabby hotel .
