Sinceramente l'accoglienza dell'Emilia Romagna in generale non è questa! Prima di prenotare su booking.it ho chiamato per verificare che fosse accessibile in sedia a rotelle e se potevo accedere con una cagnolina di 15 kg. La signora che mi ha risposto mi ha detto che sono una hause boat è accessibile in sedia a rotelle e mi avrebbe inviato delle foto che non sono mai arrivate. Per la cagnolina mi ha chiesto se poteva restare a casa (non faccio commenti) che il limite è 13 kg ma avrebbe fatto una concessione...aggiornate booking.it perchè li c'è scritto 15 kg! inoltre è veramente brutto nei confronti del cliente dire che viene fatta una concessione per i due kg perchè tanto c'è una cauzione da depositare di euro 300 e sempre su booking.it c'è scritto 250. Io non l'ho risentita ma visto i modi non sarei venuta, abbiamo passato il compleanno di mia mamma altrove e tutti insieme Camilla compresa senza la quale non mi muoverei e spostandomi più verso sud abbiamo trovato un tempo bellissimo quasi estivo... quindi non tutto il male viene per nuocere! Atteggiamento veramente spiacevole

La struttura di per sé stessa è nuova ma per il prezzo mi aspettavo degli arredi meno dozzinali; la sensazione è di essere in un camper. Non semplice la prenotazione con caparra di 30€ da inviare con bonifico e sorprendono i 250€ di cauzione. La casa galleggiante nelle giornate calde, nonostante l’aria condizionata, è bollente e non è certo consigliabile fare il bagno nel porto. Nella notte si sentono le musiche di tutti i locali della zona nonché i motori delle barche che passano ad ogni ora.
