"The hotel is straight up the road from the railway station. It takes just five minutes to walk there. If unsure, ask locals. The room was small. Lucky for me I didn't have much luggage. Very comfortable bed and pillows and nice hot shower. I cannot comment on breakfast as I left early. The hotel looks clean and tidy. There is a nice place to relax downstairs."

"Unforgettable stay in Rimini! Everything was simply wonderful! The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff was amazingly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. As a lovely surprise, they gave us a complimentary room upgrade to a room with a balcony. Honestly, the balcony was even bigger than the room itself, with a fantastic view! A huge plus was the 24/7 access to drinking water you could go out into the hallway and refill your bottle at any time, which was super convenient. The location is great: the beach is within walking distance, and there are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby (both fine dining and budget-friendly). Transport is very easy too-you can comfortably reach the main train station by bus. The reception kindly called a taxi for us when we visited the local shopping mall. We also took a day trip to the historic center of San Marino; the shuttle bus stop was easily accessible by local bus. Highly recommended, we would love to return!"

The reception staff were very friendly. We had room 104. The room was perfectly adequate for sleeping, with a nice, new bathroom and a large balcony. Even in April, it was completely quiet there. We slept well and then continued our journey."

We stayed with two young children in unacceptable and dangerous conditions. ​Major Safety Hazard: A loose BRICK was placed under the bed to support a broken frame! ​Security Risk: The balcony door lock was completely broken, posing an extreme risk with young kids in the room. ​Substandard Facilities: Broken AC for 5 nights, filthy bathroom with broken tiles, and no replenishment of basic amenities like soap or toilet paper. ​Billing Issues: The hotel tried to overcharge city tax on departure contrary to official Rimini regulations. ​Full photo and video evidence has been submitted to customer support.
