Non-contractual photos. Maybe modern in the 80s but very old now. Everything has remained in its original state, from the rooms to the so-called SPA, part of which is "temporarily" HS. Not worth the 4 stars at all. Avoid...

Kindness, professionalism and hospitality. Excellent Spa and services provided, with Turkish bath and Finnish sauna. A true relaxing weekend! Very varied and delicious breakfast buffet, cleanliness in the common areas and in the rooms!

Probably not 4 stars. Balconies practically communicating, triple room not very big, bathroom a bit neglected. In particular the shower is in mediocre conditions. Being a 4 star hotel you expect at least that the basic services are up to par. Parking more than 1 km away, for a fee

We spent 4 days in this hotel, what can I say!! Dirty rooms, dust everywhere, filthy pools with putrid water. We even argued with the head of reception because children can go into the pool in the morning and not in the afternoon!!! Because the pool is intended for couples who want to relax!!! Nonsense!!! I come and pay for a service and you exclude my children from the pool!!! Nightmare hotel!!! The staff is rude and definitely racist since we are Sicilian. They also made us pay a tax of €25 (only for us) because we left the room a little late while the other friends in the other rooms who left it with us as a time did not pay anything!!! I hope you book elsewhere. Because believe me the dirt in the bathroom was truly incredible, they washed the toilet and the dirty rag stains remained as a halo!!! Acceptable breakfast but they complained because I took away 2 croissants for the children who were up in the room sleeping!! So here too…….no words really. Surely next year they lost about 40 customers (because we were really a lot). I gave my rating!!! 0 cut not 4 stars.

Definitely a hotel NOT to recommend! The parking is tortuous and the pavement uneven, expensive price. The location is excellent! Too bad the hotel is not up to the standards of a 4 star hotel. During our short stay (2 nights) there was no hot water to take a shower after a day at the beach. Water leaked from the shower tray, flooding the entire bathroom. After notifying the staff of the inconvenience, they gave us a bathroom in another room. But unfortunately, even in this room, water leaked from the wall. When we notified the staff again, they were very annoyed and replied that a mix-up can happen. In a 4 star hotel I believe that the management should resolve the problem and apologize for the inconvenience, meeting the customer's needs. Which has never happened.

Modern, clean and functional structure with large and welcoming spaces… comfortable and spacious rooms with a nice balcony. Very nice wellness area with swimming pool on the top floor. Rich and abundant breakfast in a room with sea view… Really positive experience…

Welcoming staff, common areas in order, cared for and clean. Nice room, but the bathroom needs a bit of an overhaul, it seemed very dated and in short the shower is not the best. Having the room with a sea view and a small balcony was definitely a plus that made other details weigh less. The spa is a service that we used (for a fee) and that we really appreciated! Breakfast is good and there too the service was kind and fast. Overall however it was a relaxing stay.

I agree with the reviews that downgrade it by one star. Booked with a smart box, they assign us a room on the second floor with a small balcony that is connected to the other balconies of the other rooms. Bathroom not cleaned properly with cracked shower tray. Double bed composed of two single beds with single mattresses. Breakfast like in many other hotels, positive the barista who prepares you an espresso. Small parking (10 euros) and for a station wagon difficult to turn. The 4 stars are not worth it

Bellissimo posto Tutto molto pulito, piscine al ultimo piano con idromassaggio, acqua riscaldata, bella vista da su. Colazione con dolci e salati . Tutto molto buono. Le camere con tutto il necessario, balcone con sedie e tavolino per gustare in tranquillità una bottiglia di prosecco. Lo Consiglio.
