Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Spitze!
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.
Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.
Alles war sehr sauber.
Zimmer und Bad hatten eine angenehme Größe, einzig die Dusche war relativ eng.
Der abgeschlossene Hotelparkplatz war relativ eng.
Die hintere Terrasse mit Poolbereich war angenehm ruhig.
Ich komme gerne wieder.

We had a holiday exactly as we wanted. The proximity to the resort, the beautiful pool, and so on, were wonderful, and the rooms were very comfortable. And for dinner, they had a menu where you could try many Italian dishes.

False marketing, all official pictures staged by professionals, reality is much much more sad. Not even close to deserve 4 stars. More of a 2 stars experience in comparison. The whole place is missing love and care, even if the slogan is “We like people”. And the service is a joke, when you order something in the bar it takes ages to get what you ordered. During our complaint conversation with hotel management, an older man came down the stairs to the reception, and was shouting at the staff about something he was unhappy with. Irony it happened at the same time as we were whining about our situation…
