FIRST AND LAST TIME. A STAR IS ALSO TOO MUCH BUT YOU CANNOT PUT ZERO. They're hooked on money. Staff neither nice nor courteous, they pretend to solve your problems with a fake smile but then do as they like. They just want to steal your money. THEY WANT THE PAYMENT OF EVERYTHING UPON ARRIVAL, absurd. Upon our arrival we saw a couple who had paid for everything through booking and were asked (always upon arrival) THE TAXES. You certainly don't feel like a customer AT ALL. Parking costs 20 euros per day in May, double that of the Derby hotel next door (not booked because they had no more rooms available, otherwise we would have returned there, much more honest and kind). We were told that the parking is not bookable by the day, or you pay for the duration of the holiday, ALWAYS IN ADVANCE, or nothing, and the price triples on weekends and in the summer season, LADROCINIO. But if you arrive in the evening and you park your car for 2 hours a day, they'll charge you FULL. Empty fridge bar, 4 stars and they do not even leave free welcome water, on the contrary, a half-liter bottle of water OF SUPERMARKET 3 euros. Low quality breakfast, designed for non-Italian tourists as they are used to other culinary standards. The only notes in favor are the cleanliness of the rooms and the recent renovation. They will surely respond with a useless and false answer like their staff and nothing will change.
