The location is perfect if you like the beach. But: as of September 23rd they stopped A/C so if you wanted fresh air you could open the bay window. However, it is loud outside. Internet was not stable, particularly in the bedroom. In the kitchen and living room it worked better. Staff is variable, some very nice, but not always. The walls are thin so you can hear what goes on in next room. The room itself are old (mold in the corridor). Location is great, lots of restaurant nearby, a great supermarket across the street, pharmacy, taxi. post office, ice cream, etc.). The apartment is spacious and can accommodate 4 people. The bathroom needs some upgrading. Price is reasonable during mid season. I would not go back and do not recommend for someone traveling for work.

With a family of 4 adults and 4 small children, finding the right accommodation is not always easy. The apartments at the Piccadilly were the ideal solution. They are comfortable and clean with everything one might need. They are just off the beach and the view of the beach from the balconies is phenomenal. The hospitality personnel were all super nice and professional. They made our stay very pleasant by being attentive to all our needs. This was a worry free vacation thanks to the outstanding service

Reservation and reception handled very professionally. The property is located in an excellent location, practically on the beach and a stone's throw from the pharmacy, supermarket, shops and restaurants. Clean, bright apartment, equipped with everything you need and with a priceless sea view. Very positive experience, to be repeated!

The residence is located on the Marina seafront. Restaurants, supermarket, very convenient shops within walking distance. We stay in a two-room "panoramic" living room and spacious, slightly small bedroom, the bathroom has recently been renovated. The apartment, being a high floor, has two balconies from which you can enjoy an excellent view of the sea and the surrounding hills. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, gas hob, crockery and accessories in good condition. The house is equipped with two televisions. Good cleanliness of the rooms. Ideal for long stays, it is open all year round. To conclude, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff convinced us for a future stay.

We are now regular guests and come to Rimini three times a year. As always, our stay was wonderful. In recent years we have experienced Rimini in all seasons (except the high season from mid-June to the end of August). And she's always beautiful.
