It’s an incredible place with great design, very warm and helpful host, close to the nice cozy beach and with private secured free parking! On the second floor you can find ice-maker machine. It’s the best I’ve ever seen. It was so useful in a hot summer season

I want to share my experience of staying in a Demo hotel. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Of the places where I have stayed before, I put this hotel in the first place. Designer renovation, perfect cleanliness, everything is new! I recommend this place!

The room I was in (3.9) was very comfortable, the facilities at the hotel were excellent and, overall, I had a great stay.

I had a great stay of two nights. The Hotel has a very particularly, light and modern Design Look and I felt very happy there. Piero is a perfect host, very welcoming and accomodating. Service is lived! The bar - working and relaxing area is comfortable and wide range of beverages complimentary. Definitely, I will return soon.

If you are looking for a unique experience I would for sure recommande this hotel. I thank Piero for his availability and for the amazing suite we got. It is very uniquely designed and has all what we would love to find in a suite. The quality of the furniture and the originality got us since the start and the fact we have a parking is excellent

Comfortable, spacious rooms. Very convenient amenities like water dispenser and coffee machines, and comfy shared space. Short walking distance to both old town and beatach. Plus hotel is located in a quiet street right next to the park, so there is nothing that can disturb your sleep. Finally, design of rooms and shared is not only well thought through, but also uniquely beautiful and a bit quirky.
