Small hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. 5 minutes walk to a choice of restaurants and other amenities. Less than 15 minutes walk to train station. Very good, abundant breakfast.. above all the best value for money hotel in Rimini. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great position at a walking distance from the sea. The structure is rather old and need maintenance; rooms are small and not so clean. We stayed for 2 nights and the housekeeper never show up. Breakfast delicious with typical Italian croissants, juice selection, tarts, biscuits!

I visited Hotel New Primula from Oct 4 to Oct 7 2024 for a short break and to meet up with old work mates. I booked a twin room as I was with my daughter. The hotel was recommended to me by a friend and personally, now, I couldn't recommend it enough. We were given a choice between a savoury or a continental breakfast, both really good with a great selection of food. Our room was cleaned daily, the beds remade and towels changed... we actually had more towels than we knew what to do with. We also decided to opt for the "mezza pensione" so we had the chance to taste Massimo's cooking ability and were very impressed. We were with a large group of friends (former colleagues) and decided to book a proper Italian Sunday Lunch to celebrate the reunion, needless to say everything was cooked beautifully ( Massimo cooks like a God), many courses and very abundant portions with the possibility to have extra food, drinks came with lunch, Prosecco, white and red wine to compliment the dishes they were serving. Maybe the only defect was the waitress slightly too zealous and fast to take dishes away to replace them with clean ones. Family run hotel where everyone was kind, friendly and yet very professional and hardworking, always smiling and with a "no job is too small or too big" attitude. I find the hotel fairly central, far enough from all the tourist attractions noise but, very close to all amenities in that area, including a church, or restaurants for all pockets, a very nice gelateria and the beach is just across the main road. I will make sure I book a room there next time I will be in the area.

Hotel di bassissimo livello con bagni non funzionanti gabinetto rotto e bidet senza tappo quindi non funzionante, finestra di piccole dimensioni e luce fioca, colazione Pessima con mancanza di frutta o/e verdura e macchinetta pessima.

Un fine settimana lungo all’insegna della buona cucina e dell’amicizia. Clima fantastico, sole cocente, l’accoglienza sempre un must, gentilezza, simpatia, pulizia delle camere, piatti che sono dei veri manicaretti, che dire: bisogna solo tornare! 😉

Il cibo del ristorante è ottimo, le camere pulitissime, la posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro, la stazione e il lungomare. Ciò che rende tutto più magico è la gentilezza dello staff e dei proprietari, sono persone magnifiche. Se dovessi tornare a Rimini, tornerei sicuramente in questo posto meraviglioso.
