The location is a little away from the CBD. Overall the pool, spa and sauna lead to a wonderful and relaxing staycation. We’d recommend for a weekend away

Best hotel in Melbourne I have ever stayed in the last 20 years. Everything is excellent. Location is great that there are restaurants around (also open on weekends and Sundays), duty free mall is a few minutes walk away and opposite there's a laundrymat. A few car parks are also located nearby.
Most comfortable room I have stayed in a long time (on par with the Four Seasons Bangkok which was ranked 3rd in the world). Service is excellent and love their free apples too

I had a truly fabulous stay at 1 Hotel Melbourne. This is, without a doubt, a high-end hotel that anticipates and delivers everything a modern traveler in 2025 could possibly need.
The hotel seamlessly blends luxury with functionality. Our room was exceptionally comfy, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
The amenities are equally impressive. The wellness facilities are outstanding, featuring a well-equipped pool area complete with a relaxing sauna, plus a state-of-the-art gym.
If you are looking for contemporary luxury, sustainability focus, and top-tier facilities in Melbourne, look no further. Highly recommended!

奔着墨爾本最新的1hotel這個品牌去的，早早預訂了四天五夜的住宿，客房服務非常不滿意，酒店打掃衞生需要在電視上預約（可惜壞了），或者打電話給客服服務（可惜也壞了），或者在門上按打掃衞生的按鍵（按了兩天沒人搭理），氣的夠嗆跑去前台一個洋妞草草打發了事兒，等了半個小時依然沒人來服務，再次跑去前台，幸好有一位個子高高的華人小姐姐，耐心細緻聽完我的訴求馬上幫我們協調，來了一個笨呼呼的男阿三客房服務，突然明白為啥兩天都不給打掃衞生了！阿三哪有靠譜的！過分不！😡又派來兩個修電話和電視的工程人員，打擾休息。😍‼️還是非常感謝華人小姐姐前台親自登門送來卡片和巧克力，讓我們感覺還是同胞好啊！總體來説，酒店位置非常好，禮賓服務非常好，健身房也非常好！衞生一般般，地毯好臟。

因為住過紐約 邁阿密 三亞的1 hotel 所以看到墨爾本新開 毫不猶豫選了這家 整體住下來還是滿意的 兩張1.5米的雙床 非常適合家庭出遊！酒店地理位置也很好 就在河邊 對面就是DFO奧萊 晚上也很安靜。唯一不足的可能是淋浴花灑出水量稍微有點小 另外因為是環保酒店 牙具需要問前台要 連住期間如果要清掃房間也需要主動告知前台。

오픈한지 얼마안된 호텔이라 엄청 깨끗하고, 직원들도 너무 친절합니다..한국 투숙객의 1호텔 멜버른 리뷰가 거의 없어서 조금 걱정했는데, 최고입니다. 구글 지도상 호텔에서 플린더스 스테이션, 멜버른 도서관 등 주요 관광지 까지 거리가 좀 있어보였으나..실제로 그렇게 멀게 느껴지지 않았고, 12세 여아랑 같이 구경하면서 도보로 다닐만 했습니다..(굳이 트랩 안타도 됐습니다.) 저흰 4박5일 투숙했으며, 디파짓400불 결제했고 체크아웃 시 바로 취소처리 됐습니다. 멜버른 여행 시 깔끔하고, 최신호텔 찾으신다면 1호텔 멜버른 강추합니다. 수영장(수영장 내에 사우나있음)도 이용하는 투숙객이 거의 없어서 저희가 전세낸 것 처럼 사용했습니다..ㅎ 아..저흰 리버뷰 트윈 룸 예약했으며, 룸 컨디션 및 뷰는 사진 참고하세요..멜버른 공항에서 우버타면 70~80불이면 옵니다..(우버XL 차량 기준-인원3명, 캐리어3개) 참고히세요.
