The hotel is very new and located right in the heart of the city — an excellent location. Security is good, and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. The room is spacious and features a sustainable design, though no toothbrushes are provided.
However, the management could use some improvement. We noticed that the body wash had run out but wasn’t refilled during our stay. Upon checkout, the staff called to say I had checked out a day early, which was confusing since I had already completed the checkout process. We had to return to the hotel to resolve the issue, which turned out to be a mix-up with another guest’s record

The building is new remodeling, very new looks . Location is very convince, But daily room cleaning is not satisfactory.

It was super clean, I have a great sleep there. The room size was make sense. Enough to open 2 big luggage, the check in out were smooth. The only problem is it got no parking, and u have to park at the nearby shopping centre with better rate.

Great experience starting from the check in and all the way till our departure. Big smiles and welcoming entrances.
Maybe a small setback will be the closure of the back road to the hotel in the early afternoon.
