性價比很高的酒店，床品很舒服,前台辦理入住的小哥也非常nice。5號的入住及早餐都很滿意。
如果要説不足,那就是6號早上早餐外邊接待的服務人員服務不如人意。我和老公上午有事未能酒店早餐，老公特地送父母到樓上吃早飯,並幫長者點好咖啡,但是直到長者吃完飯,點的咖啡和茶都沒有給長者。

房間很大，設施齊全，乾淨整潔，服務周到。我們夫婦倆與兒子兒媳小孫子相聚在墨爾本，在市裡玩了幾天，預訂了兩間豪華特大床房，前台熱情接待，把我們的兩個房間安排在同一樓層，對我們非常方便。
酒店的早餐質量好，數量足夠多，雖然比起有些五星級酒店來説稍少一些。服務人員服務周到。餐廳在最高層，視野開闊。
酒店的泳池水温很合適，給我們很大驚喜！
酒店周邊的交通十分便捷，距離免費環城電車站步行幾分鐘即達，乘此車可到達多個景點。

I felt warmly welcomed, and they upgraded my room to offer a better view. The hotel has nice rooms and excellent facilities; everything feels just right. I didn't have to worry about anything unexpected at a Hyatt hotel.

但是房間裏忘記放拖鞋 有一個牙刷盒是空的 打電話給總機要了一個碗 但是漏服務了
比起套房 基礎房型更漂亮 小而美 推薦大家選最便宜的

Excellent stay — highly recommended
Great location, just a short walk to city attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and the environment was modern and relaxing. Staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely will come back again!
