Worst hotel i ever stayed. 1. Washroom shik was chocked not checked by staff before hand over room to me. 2. Mini fridge provide by hotel in our room but it was not in working condition. When I requested to hotel staff for rectification then Mr. Sagar ( From reception team) came to our room and saying " ye fridge thanda karne ke liye nahi h ye bs jo chij aap jis temperature pe rakho ge vo usi ko maintain kare ga" According to me fridge use to keep and cool things but i think hotel don't know about it. 3. Air conditioning not up to the mark when i Requested hotel staff to check but as per Mr. Sagar from reception "agr cooling nahi ho rahi h to fan use Kar lo" Thanks for uncomfortable stay.

1. Cockroaches were found in the bathroom. 2. Bathroom was too small. 3. Pest were found in bathroom wall. 4. Films in the window separating bathroom and main room were broken / damaged. 5. SOuth Indian Food when ordered as mentioned in the menu was not available as the Chef who was preparing these items left the hotel and replacement was not found. House keeping of lift was not up to the mark.

The best resort in Rishikesh with outstanding staff and service. Our stay was truly enjoyable, and the food was delicious. A perfect 10/10 experience. The scenic mountains and flowing river are worth the visit. The Ganga Aarti is mesmerizing, and the locals are war

A really good hotel. All areas were clean and well maintained, AC worked in the room. Staff were polite, helpful and respect. Most spoke English. Breakfast was good offering a selection of Indian food with a small scattering of non Indian like pancakes with chocolate. From the hotel the Ganges was a good 30 minute walk down hill! And the NIKETAN Asram about 40 minute. Which is where we scattered my parents ashes after a short ceremony. I would recommend the hotel and would not hesitate to stay again.

I had a great stay at Pride Hotel & Resorts. The ambiance was elegant, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing experience. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options.

Good comfortable stay well maintained rooms, Abhishek and Shailja at front desk are very kind and courteous. Good food and prompt service in their restaurant also. Price is also very reasonable for the place. Recommended for stay with family friends or alone.

Our stay at pride was extremely comfortable. The staff was very cooperative and hospitality was at its best. The food and buffet were lavish. Its surrounded with bful scenery. A must go place if in rishikesh. Would recommend it to my friends and family for sure

One of the finest place to visit in Rishikesh with family and friends..amazing location and yummylicious food..staff was really very cooperative and were always available to help as well had small children with us.. Thankyou so much entire staff of pride rishikesh for making our visit memorable..
