"Good stay overall. Staff was very helpful. Parking was assisted by them. Food was good. In room service was prompt and taste was good. Breakfast should have more variety but otherwise it was good, although prices are a little high. Great location, convenient to travel towards shivpuri or neelkanth. Very close to market. Walkable to lakshman jhula. Done."

"Extremely disappointing experience. The rooms were very small, and the washroom was tiny, poorly maintained, and had a constant unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, the AC drain pipe runs through the washroom, creating a messy and unhygienic environment. The staff were highly unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills. There was no sense of welcoming guests, and customer service was poor throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a very congested street, making access inconvenient. The food was below average and significantly overpriced. The portions were extremely small, yet the prices were comparable to those of a five-star hotel. The checkout experience was the worst part of the stay. The receptionist appeared unaware of the checkout process and even refused to honor the discount that had been agreed upon at the time of booking."

"We stayed at this hostel and had a great experience! The receptionists Anuj Thapa and Ajay were essential to making our stay so pleasant. The cook, Sanjay, was also extremely kind and helpful — especially because I was having some health issues at the time. Even though I love spicy food, I couldn’t eat any during that period, and he went out of his way to prepare special meals for me. I really appreciated that! The location would be even better if the bridge wasn’t under maintenance, but of course, that’s not the hostel’s fault. Our room was beautiful, decorated with a Van Gogh theme (which I personally love). The balcony was huge, the internet worked consistently, and everything functioned perfectly. The terrace view is also lovely, even though it doesn’t overlook the Ganga River. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay — highly recommended!"

"I have personally stayed at this hotel a few years ago and then recently I took a yoga group there to stay for a few days. The yoga space is really nice on the roof and there is a small breakfast room. The breakfast was very good for the size of the hotel. The rooms are well appointed with everything you need and Maneesh and all the staff there are so helpful. I like the hotels location next to my favourite ashram Anand Prakesh and you can hear the morning chanting at breakfast which I loved. This is a good place to stay and I’ll be bringing another yoga group to stay there next year."

"I had checked in in this hotel and it has a very lower level of the service as compared the cost . People are minding their own business. Thirdly, they ask you to do off-line check-in as well as online check-in which has created fiction for the user and experience hampers. Internet was not working ***** with not compliance of the fire and emergency exits. Not for the family stay atleast"
