I will recommend to not stay in this hotel. My wife and her friend stayed in this hotel from 23rd My to 25th May. When they reached home back, found jewellery missing from the bags. Upon calling hotel, didn't got any satisfactory response. Service and food is pathetic. A 2 star hotel gives better food than this hotel. Terrible experience.

It's the best service I've ever seen .they served the best food.and the rooms ,I felt like i was in my home.the staffs were really polite with us ,not only for us to all the customers .they are really attentive towards us .they showed us lots of care and affection .

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at The Grand Alova, Rishikesh. The view from our room was Phenomenal (One of the USPs). We could actually see the Divine Mother Ganga flowing in all her splendour!! We experienced wonderful and extremely helpful Team members across departments. Front office : Anup ji, Devendra ji, Vinod ji and others!! Great work!! Please keep the Amazing work ON!! Our local Travel on Scooters (rental) and Drop off to the airport was very efficiently managed by Devendra ji. Thank you. Room Service and Housekeeping: Rahul, Anuj, Deepak and others. Restaurant: Naveen, Sandeep, Vijay ji and others. The Security personnel were very courteous and helpful. A Big Thank You to the entire Team led by Mr Vinay Vinayak!! A Big Shout out to our Travel Partner - Wanderluxe!! Thank you for every thing and selecting this Beautiful space for us!!

Kamya the grand alova rishikesh tapovan. It's fantastic stay, good food , and service also all staff like Anoop sharma, devendra mamgain, kitchen chef mr dashrath very helpful.. we are visits again..... Thank kamay hospitality.......... ....

Awesome hospitality and very good services during our stay in Kamay the grand Alova. River view room was cherry on the cake. Special thanks to Mr. Devendra (front desk) and all Staff. Food was delicious. Must recommended hotel in Rishikesh.

It was a good property with nice ambiance with service where great & pleaser stay. Ranjeet a was kind enough to support aa the time . Overall this trip was a great place to saty and enjoy 😊 One again thanks Ms Ranjeet for support during stay was really memorable stay.

Excellent hospitality very professional service people like Rahul ..good dinner and break fast as complimentary. Food is very delicious. Very clean hygiene. I had a really good experience at Kamay the great aloha. Room was really clean and everything manage really good. Manager and other staff at the front was really good. If I will come again in the rishikesh I will definitely would like to come again here
