The location of the apartment is perfect, right in the center of Riva and the apartments facing the square have a wonderful and ever-changing view of the harbor. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern in interior design. Everything needed was found. On the roof there was a nice little common roof terrace, where you could mostly be in peace with your own group. Not all perfect, though. The elevator is slow and does not go all the way down (mandatory climbing one floor). There was no counter space or coat rack in the hall of the apartment. There is noise from the street below (closing the window helps), but it didn't bother us too much. Wifi was really slow at times.

The apartments are in a fantastic location, right next to the lake. My one bedroomed apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious and had everything I could have needed. The reception staff were extremely helpful. I would recommend this to anyone travelling to Riva, especially for those using boats to access other towns on the lake

Ora capisco il motivo di tutte queste recensioni: è un posto perfetto, dove non manca nulla. Appartamento super accessoriato, moderno, confortevole e la gentilezza è di casa (se avete bisogno di qualcosa, ogni desiderio è un ordine) Super consigliato!

La struttura è nuova, molto luminosa e pulita, in pieno centro. La signora della receptionist è stata davvero molto gentile. Eravamo in un appartamento con 2 camere, essendo in 2 adulti + 2 bambini e 1 neonato. Totale di 173€ una notte. Non si ha la possibilità di arrivarci in auto, quindi un po' scomodo per questo, inoltre se si ha un passeggino si fa fatica perchè ci sono delle scale e l'ascensore c'è solo dal primo piano (questa unica nota negativa). Per il resto, nulla da eccepire.

- appartamento moderno, tenuto benissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio, dotato di tutti i comfort e servizi - pulizia eccellente - posizione in pieno centro - accoglienza/personale davvero molto cordiale e sempre disponibile - tutto perfetto anche per la nostra neonata (lettino da campeggio bellissimo e seggiolone ok!) Esperienza per la nostra famiglia molto molto positiva. Ci siamo goduti un weekend di pieno relax. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!
