Bad aspects:
1. The room layout is not very good, the tea bar is close to the bed, it is quite crowded.

The reception and room cleaners are very polite and kind and they try hard to satisfy the guest, but the hotel restaurant (room service) is unfortunately bad, the food is very bad and the service is not good.
For your information, their spa service is suspended and when I requested a spa from outside the hotel they said it is forbidden but we will allow you this time only.
