The hotel has just opened and is located in Guanqian Street, which is very convenient to go anywhere. The room is very clean. Although it is small, it has everything. The whole house is smart, and the room design is very user-friendly. Everything is considered for you. There is also a small refrigerator with free drinks and water 👍. I have a light sleep and basically can't sleep in a hotel. Although this place is on a tourist street, it is not noisy at all. I stayed here for two nights and had a good sleep. I will stay here again next time

The unique facade can be seen from a distance. There are sun loungers and some functional buildings such as teahouses and studios on both sides. Go to the main building, the first floor is the gym, and the guest rooms are above. My big window with lake view should be the annex building. The breakfast area is right at the entrance, and it has a holiday design. The room is exactly the same as the promotional picture. The whole floor-to-ceiling glass is separated by the waves of Taihu Lake. The clean walls and layout make the room and mood beautiful. All kinds of furnishings in the room are very friendly, and the bedding, projection screen, and shower are all very good. The bathtub by the window is also equipped with a bathtub cover, which is very comfortable. In addition, the service is also very good. The guide girl was very considerate from the reception to the farewell. The butler and other staff were also very enthusiastic. The afternoon tea, supper and breakfast prepared were more considerate. Although I didn't see the sunset or sunrise in Xishan this time, and the sky mirror in the store was not used, the experience of this homestay was better than many hotels, which still added good memories to the trip.

I came here with my two sisters. Because we came on a working day, there were relatively few people on the island, so I was really happy! ! ! After arriving, we went to take a boat ride to pick lotus pods recommended by the owner of the B&B. We took a lot of beautiful pictures. Watching the sunset in the middle of Taihu Lake is really beautiful. The sunset on Sanshan Island is absolutely beautiful! We also ate a lot of special lake food at the B&B. After dinner we went to set off fireworks. There is no restriction on setting off fireworks on the island. At night, I could see the stars on the balcony of my room while enjoying the evening breeze. It was really a healing trip.

There are no living facilities around. You need to drive yourself. There are no flowers in winter. In spring, the roses will bloom. It must be beautiful and romantic. Service: Very good service. From the boss lady to the staff to the cleaning lady, they are all patient, kind and responsive. The coffee in the cafe is very mellow and tastes good. The outdoor scenery is beautiful and it is dog-friendly. The spiral staircase is so photogenic. I tried both Chinese and Western breakfasts. The quality of the food is very good. The chef is of high standard and the fruit is very fresh. A pleasant and happy trip. I will come again when the roses bloom.

The hot spring homestay in Xishan is very well maintained. The owner informed us in advance that the room had been cleaned, and came to the parking lot to help with the luggage. The check-in was very fast, and the air conditioner and floor heating were turned on in advance. The function of each switch was explained in detail in the room. The room was very large, and I quite like their bed. It was not only large but also comfortable to sleep on. There were many kinds of drinks in the small refrigerator, and they also gave fruit bowls and plum wine. Each fruit was very sweet. The toiletries were L'Occitane, full of ➕. The housekeeping was very clean, without any traces, which was very good. The smart toilet flushed automatically, the aromatherapy smell was also very comfortable, and the water temperature for the hot spring was just right. It was really pleasant to drink and watch the scenery while soaking, except that it was a bit cold and a little rainy, which added to the mood. Haha, the homestay by the lake is really good. I recommend those who like Japanese style to experience it if there is a chance. Oh yes. You can also order takeout milk tea, fried chicken, etc., and the boss will bring it in. For breakfast, there is Japanese barbecued pork ramen, fried dumplings, fruits, Swiss rolls, coffee and milk, which is quite sincere. If you want to drink tea, there is also a tea room where you can enjoy the lake view. You can also feed the seagulls in the morning. Although the wind is strong and they don’t fly down, they fly over the lake in front of you. It feels really good. It’s safe to lock the door when you sleep. I will bring the children here next time when the weather is warm.

The boss has a very good service attitude. The weather was not strong on the day we stayed, we didn't see the sunrise, and everything else was fine. Thanks to the boss for the surprise breakfast specially prepared. Also helped us to the scenic spot. An emergency rescue service was also provided. We went to Mingyue Bay to watch the sunset, but we couldn't get a taxi after dinner, and the boss helped us take a taxi.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights after discovering this exquisite and tasteful boutique hotel centrally located in the Old part of Suzhou, conveniently located near the Suzhou Museum and the Humble Administrator's Garden. In compliance with local regulations, the architecture of the expansive grounds blends in aesthetically with the entire area while retaining a distinctive modern taste. The private 2-storey arrangement ensures tranquility and privacy. The facilities are excellent with a wonderful gym and pool which we enjoyed. Above all, the service leaves nothing to hope more for and the staff even went out of their way to pay from my taxi when I was learning how to use the WeChat pay system. Our stay could only be improved upon had we been able to stay for another 2 nights! We had considered the other international brand hotels but glad we decided on the Kimpton Bamboo Grove because of its personal service and location that make you feel secure and well looked after (they constantly followed up with WeChat messages to inquire whether we needed anything or had any language or other problems while sightseeing). Rooms are well-planned, spacious and spotless. Enough reasons for us to plan on revisiting the Kimpton in the near future and recommend highly to our friends.

I had a very good time in Kempinski :))) Although I was there to only Study for my important exam away from my family for 2nights, all the staffs were kindly and eager to help what I needed. Also, the request I made before checking in was all reflected!! I experienced Muchen Spa the last day and MSC massage was really goooood :))) Also the food in the executive lounge was good enough as a dinner :) I would like to come back again with my family.Thank you guys for the wonderful memory.
