We found there was a small stain on the pillow. They arranged changing almost within 10min and sent us 2 fruits pack as gestures of apology. When we checked out still gave u 2 small package of biscuit due to the pillow stain. Room is modern and large. It’s a pleasant stay in Mercure Suzhou. If we ever visit Suzhou again will definitely stay in this hotel. Highly recommended. People in Suzhou is so friendly and warm. This tis a fantastic trip."

I really appreciated the late check-out until 2 PM (subject to availability) – perfect for a more leisurely morning sleep. And early check-in at 12 PM (subject to availability) was a nice touch too!"

Taking a hand-cranked boat ride near Humble Administrator's Garden was particularly delightful."
