"We really enjoyed our stay at Andu. The service was amazing, and the staff were always willing to help with any request. The reception team was especially wonderful and very welcoming. The breakfast was good, and as a foreigner, you can always find something to suit your taste. Overall, it was a great experience, and if we come back, we will definitely stay here again. I’ve added some photos, but please keep in mind that the room photos were taken at check-out. It looked even more beautiful when we first checked in ☺️"

"I brought my mom to Suzhou and this hotel's location is fantastic. It's right by a commercial district, so food and shopping are super convenient. Plus, there's the Xuanmiao Temple, which dates back to the Western Jin Dynasty, right there. The hotel offers a free qipao experience, which was perfect for taking photos while exploring the various gardens. They also have delivery robots, so you don't have to go downstairs to pick up your takeout – incredibly convenient! What I loved most was the big bathtub in the room. After a day of traveling, a nice hot bath was wonderfully relaxing. At first, I thought there were no disposable tub liners, so I even ordered some extra ones. But then, it seemed the cleaning staff noticed I was using the tub, because every day they started leaving a tub liner next to it! Also, I initially thought they didn't provide shower caps, but after checking out, I found out you just have to ask for them..."

"The hotel was really easy to find and super close to the subway station, which made getting around a breeze. The entrance has a unique design – I even took a picture of it! The room was great too, very clean and tidy. The front desk staff was lovely; the lady at the desk assigned me a room facing the residential area, which was wonderfully quiet. After days of travel, I finally got a good night's sleep. It's a shame I was only there for one night and had to leave so quickly. Hope to visit again sometime!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly! The family room was spacious and comfortable. Also the breakfast had surprisingly good choices and again great service staff! The view in the breakfast restaurant was absolutely stunning: a full view of Jinji Lake area and parts of Dushu Lake. Oh, and the location was convenient just in front of the hotel entrance there is a subway station! Definitely. We will stay there again on the next trip to Suzhou! Just 2 stations to Pingjiang Road and Xiangmen!"

"Really friendly and accomodating service staff, we loved our stay here. Location is very accessible as it was literally a 30sec walk away from 平江路. Even after checking out, the staff was accomodating and allowed us to eat our food in the accomodation (at the outside tables). Only downside was the toilet in the rooms which was not really private as the doors were translucent and they were not soundproof."

It's just a few minutes' walk to Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road, and super close to Chayuanfang Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and trying local food. The hotel boasts a new Chinese style, with the lobby incorporating Suzhou-style window elements, full of Jiangnan charm. The front desk staff are warm, friendly, and respond quickly, paying great attention to detail. The room is clean and tidy, with smart controls that are incredibly convenient. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the toiletries are high-quality. The hotel design is excellent, offering a tranquil escape in the bustling Guanqian Street – a true gem! You can see the famous 'Big Trousers' (Suzhou IFS) from the front desk and the terrace, and the view is spectacular! My stay was absolutely perfect, highly recommended!"
