"I recently stayed at La Carmela de Boracay and had a wonderful experience! The location is absolutely perfect—right along White Beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful shoreline and stunning sunsets anytime. Everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and activities. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after spending time under the sun."

"The location is great, close to the beach at station no. 3, and close to shops and restaurants. You can also buy basic supplies from the host at reasonable prices. The rooms and the property are clean, and it's pleasant and surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is included in the price and is available from 7-10 a.m., freshly prepared. The omelets were excellent. "We booked at fairways days before our wedding Jan. 14, 2026. I was just scrolling through this app and found this hotel while searching for boracay. At first I was a bit skeptical since the price was too good to be true for the amenities it comes with. Since, it was my husband and it's 1st domestic trip I had to double check everything. It was also my 1st time in boracay & my husband's 4th time. Booking wasn't hard for me since trip was the cheapest offer compared to other booking apps. We booked for Jan. 16, 2026 and I called the property to let them know that we'll be having our honeymoon & requested a room with a good view. I'd rate their call service a 7/10 during the day and a 9/10 during at night. Their hotlines are open 24/7. TIPS for travelers who wants to stay in Fairways: 1. They offer a private airport round-trip transfer for 2,000/person. You just have to call the hotel the day after you book or at least 3 days before your trip. 2. The location of the hotel is kind of far but it's reasonable. You may want to consider the e-trike rates as well. They also have their own shuttle (please check the pictures attached for refernce). But if you want to stay late and miss the shuttle hours, As for our experience we got charged roughly 100-150 from Dmall to fairways & vise versa via etrike and that's just me and my husband riding. 3. They have their own Pool foam party (see attached pictures). We personally didn't get to experience this that much since when we got there it was full of kids and I wasnt really feeling the vibe hahah. 3. Always remember that there will be a charge for any stain in towel & sheets. They're strict about that. Overall rating it's a 8.5/10. If you're looking for a resort that literally has it all + they have their own private beach that's a literal walking distance from the key hole attraction + budget friendly, then this is for you. We enjoyed our stay here so much. Our first room (new building) had aircon issues and leaked. We got transfered to Monterey immediately. I still preferred the monterey buildings room. The aircon was cold just how I like it. Their food is good a 8/10 but ofc it's pricey. Overall service was a 7/10, they were kind of slow but can be improved on!. Staffs were so polite, nice, and helpful!. I even became friends with the 2 shuttle drivers 🩷 Will definitely come back and try their romantic dinner by the beach!."

"I want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience: • Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed. • Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction. • Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours."

"The hotel has a lot to offer, with a very central yet quiet location – just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. The rooms are uniquely designed, and the spa is truly outstanding – one of the best I’ve experienced (and I’ve been to many!). It’s worth visiting for the spa alone. On the downside, the hotel falls short when it comes to services: there’s no jacuzzi or pool, the breakfast is quite limited, and there’s no room service or reception available after 10 PM. Because of that, it doesn’t quite feel like a full hotel experience. It’s best suited for those looking for a quiet, secluded stay and who want to enjoy the exceptional treatments they offer"

"100000+ for the view! Place is very peaceful staffs are nice and friendly but inconsistent still with some delays with our orders. My concerns are add more meal options for dinner and lunch, upgrade your television, some channels are not available and no YT and Netflix and also fun activities since the place is far from restaurants and entertainments. "Choosing this hotel for my trip was an absolute stroke of luck! I rarely write reviews, but this time I really have to share my experience. It completely exceeded my expectations. I initially picked this place after reading some great reviews and seeing that it's run by Chinese owners. When I arrived, I found out the hotel manager is also Chinese, and more importantly, they are incredibly wonderful people! The couple running it are both amazing. I booked for 7 days, and those 7 days were truly unforgettable, filled with daily surprises. It felt like destiny when we discovered that the manager's friend was actually from our hometown. For the rest of our stay, we'd go out during the day and then come back to a lively atmosphere, like a Chinese New Year celebration, with all the Chinese guests having dinner and drinks together. The foreign guests staying here looked on with envy! The hotel staff are all so warm and lovely. This trip was free and easy, and I hadn't planned much, but the hotel manager gave me excellent recommendations for food, drinks, and activities – not a single bad pick, whether it was water sports, live-ammunition shooting, or seafood. The value for money is just incredible! The hotel facilities and hygiene are excellent; even the toilet is fully automatic. The hotel has three floors, with a swimming pool in the middle. You can even dive and get certified right here! It turns out the hotel manager is also a diving instructor. Lucky Tito Diving and the hotel are the same brand, the same company, which explains why every morning I'd see so many foreign guests studying theory in the pool before their diving certification. Watching everyone learn so enthusiastically was a joy in itself. The beach is right outside the hotel, perfect for watching the sunset in the evening and the sunrise in the morning. To the right of the hotel entrance, there are some small cafes, and not far away, there's a crooked palm tree that's great for photos. You can also head straight out from the entrance for water activities – it's just so, so convenient! As for dining, breakfast offers six choices, and the taste is excellent. The kitchen even has a trained Filipino chef who can cook Chinese food, so if you don't want to go out, you can order from the hotel to satisfy your Chinese cravings. The owner also runs a dumpling restaurant on the island (they're handmade, with thin skins and generous fillings!) and a Mala Tang place, both with authentic flavors! Eating these here made me incredibly happy. Even more fun, we later bought groceries and had the hotel prepare them for us, and we all drank and dined together – it was a blast. The manager also knows other Chinese restaurants, so the hotel can help you order from them directly, and they'll even deliver to the hotel. Boracay is very, very safe, and the hotel is also very, very safe. It's perfect for team building and meetings; the ground floor restaurant can be used for meetings and even singing. I'm planning to bring my family here for Chinese New Year next time; the manager said they'll have family rooms by then. I'm flying home today, and I already miss every single day I spent here. Honestly, among all my travels, especially abroad, this is the most pleasantly surprising hotel I've ever stayed in! How can I describe it? It's a full-service, one-stop experience! I wholeheartedly and strongly recommend it!"

"Amenities were good, nice big pool, easy access to the room by the lift? Although is only one. Food and service too notch - plenty of options for the breakfast buffet (both sweet and savoury, Asian and Western food available). People were very friendly and helpful, especially Kent from the restaurant/pool bar and Micah from reception. The distance from the beach is about 10-15 minutes, trikes are available if needed. The transport service between the mainland and Boracay is very easy, convenient and price is competitive with the other providers (I chose their transport service as it is very very convenient - they have their own private port). 5 minutes distance from supermarket quite a big one up the hill. The best part is that the hotel has staff downstairs by the lift that offer a big list of activities, all the way from helicopter 🚁 island tour to snorkeling, gun shooting, islands hopping etc. - I used their service as the price is below the market by 200-300 PHP, highly recommended!"

"My recent stay here was amazing. It has the best location as everything you need is just a few steps away. Beach front and very convenient. I love the infinity pool. I'm also satisfied with the service especially the staff at the infinity pool, they're friendly and very accomodating. The buffet breakfast is one the best in the island."
