"This is actually my second booking from Trip.com. I am super thankful from this app and to La carmela De Boracay Hotel. Because of this, atleast I Escaped reality for a while. I really realy love that every time I saw staff, they always greet me and I don’t feel alone in this solo travel of mine. I’m heading back now to reality of life but on the back of my mind. "I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The location is perfect, with beautiful ocean views that made the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. I also really enjoyed both the outdoor pool and the sky pool — they were clean, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely love to come back."

"The hotel was great, the location suited our purpose perfectly as it had its own beach, had a decent breakfast, was close to the main markets, the staff was friendly, and the routes were accessible. They even had shuttles going to the mall outside, a photo for the schedules has been attached. We didn't take a lot of photos because of how much there was to do and see just in the hotel itself. There were a few negatives, but the positives outweighed them enough for the negatives to be ignored. The hotel has very little elevator access and most rooms require stairs to reach with the availability of an elevator, and you have to walk a lot from place-to-place, and the shuttles usually have a long wait time. The Kusine de Augusta is tipping towards the better side, though we didn't try any other restaurants there. The pools are really fun, though most of the public bathrooms were kind of bad. The beach has a beautiful North-East facing horizon with the famous Keyhole facing the East which makes it beautiful during sunrise. The nearby market has amazing options with one of our favourite place's photo attached. The resort staff, especially the security, are extremely kind and helpful. The food and drinks on the beach only accept cash. The foam pool party was very fun and a new experience, but the lifeguard will only tick you off and not help, proven by my sister choking once and me choking, no exaggeration, 4 times. Make sure to explore all the places, as each one has it's own charm. Overall, it's a great place for a laidback and relaxing vacation."

"The location is great, close to the beach at station no. 3, and close to shops and restaurants. You can also buy basic supplies from the host at reasonable prices. The rooms and the property are clean, and it's pleasant and surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is included in the price and is available from 7-10 a.m., freshly prepared. The omelets were excellent. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and kind. The host is very helpful and helps with everything. We wholeheartedly recommend this property. Best regards, Kinga and Daria ;))"

"My experience at the Henann Garden Resort in Boracay was simply spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and contagious friendliness from the entire staff. The service is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's highlights – everyone is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste – from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there. Without a doubt, an excellent stay! I highly recommend Henann Garden to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and top-notch service. I will definitely return."

"Enjoyed our stay staff very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Just a short stroll to beachfront and could use sister property beach lounges added bonus. Quiet location no traffic or beachfront noise. Breakfast choices good but struggled find vegetarian options. Only issue was smokers allowed in corner locations of hotel corridors and it smelled smoky to and from our non smoking room would recommend separate space away from guests so as not to impact."

"I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. I was due to stay for 1 week but due to the 2 typhoons hitting my next 2 islands badly, I decided to extend my stay up to 3 weeks. My pool view room was great. Purified water in my room daily. Complimentary swimwear drying if needed, microwave and fridge, kettle etc. the location is fantastic, on station 3, straight out onto the beach in the hub of everything but also quiet to sleep at night. The beach and water was particularly nice right outside. After the typhoons, some debris got washed up onto the beach for a couple of days but everyone pitched in and cleaned it straight away. The very best thing about this hotel though is the staff. They are so incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much bother and theres no agenda either, not looking for tips but grateful if you give them one. They knew my name, my room number, went out of the way to check I was ok. The pools and the whole hotel were constantly cleaned. I actually cried when I had to leave. The staff even gathered in reception to see me off.It felt like home & I will go back again one day soon!"

"100000+ for the view! Place is very peaceful staffs are nice and friendly but inconsistent still with some delays with our orders. My concerns are add more meal options for dinner and lunch, upgrade your television, some channels are not available and no YT and Netflix and also fun activities since the place is far from restaurants and entertainments. But overall we enjoy our 3days stay🩷 thank u lind"

"The breakfast buffet was amazing, and our room was spotless. On Chinese New Year's Day, they even gave us a complimentary dinner buffet, which was a really thoughtful touch. The hotel provides towel cards (the towels were warm when we received them, having been high-temperature sterilized), which is super convenient for island hopping and swimming at the beach. It's also very close to D'Mall, making it incredibly easy to grab food and shop there daily. Just turn right out of the hotel, and a small path leads directly to the beach, offering stunning views. Separately, I had booked round-trip ferry and shuttle transfers to Boracay with Bamboo, but I lost my voucher right before our trip. I asked around outside the hotel without success, but when I returned to the front desk, they made a call and sorted everything out for us! On top of that, they even sent a sewing kit to our room late at night when we needed one. I'm so incredibly grateful for all their help! 👍👍👍 My 73-year-old dad had a wonderful time, and it was a very pleasant vacation."

"Choosing this hotel for my trip was an absolute stroke of luck! I rarely write reviews, but this time I really have to share my experience. It completely exceeded my expectations. I initially picked this place after reading some great reviews and seeing that it's run by Chinese owners. When I arrived, I found out the hotel manager is also Chinese, and more importantly, they are incredibly wonderful people! The couple running it are both amazing. I booked for 7 days, and those 7 days were truly unforgettable, filled with daily surprises. It felt like destiny when we discovered that the manager's friend was actually from our hometown. For the rest of our stay, we'd go out during the day and then come back to a lively atmosphere, like a Chinese New Year celebration, with all the Chinese guests having dinner and drinks together. The foreign guests staying here looked on with envy! The hotel staff are all so warm and lovely. This trip was free and easy, and I hadn't planned much, but the hotel manager gave me excellent recommendations for food, drinks, and activities – not a single bad pick, whether it was water sports, live-ammunition shooting, or seafood. The value for money is just incredible! The hotel facilities and hygiene are excellent; even the toilet is fully automatic. The hotel has three floors, with a swimming pool in the middle. You can even dive and get certified right here! It turns out the hotel manager is also a diving instructor. Lucky Tito Diving and the hotel are the same brand, the same company, which explains why every morning I'd see so many foreign guests studying theory in the pool before their diving certification. Watching everyone learn so enthusiastically was a joy in itself. The beach is right outside the hotel, perfect for watching the sunset in the evening and the sunrise in the morning. To the right of the hotel entrance, there are some small cafes, and not far away, there's a crooked palm tree that's great for photos. You can also head straight out from the entrance for water activities – it's just so, so convenient! As for dining, breakfast offers six choices, and the taste is excellent. The kitchen even has a trained Filipino chef who can cook Chinese food, so if you don't want to go out, you can order from the hotel to satisfy your Chinese cravings. The owner also runs a dumpling restaurant on the island (they're handmade, with thin skins and generous fillings!) and a Mala Tang place, both with authentic flavors! Eating these here made me incredibly happy. Even more fun, we later bought groceries and had the hotel prepare them for us, and we all drank and dined together – it was a blast. The manager also knows other Chinese restaurants, so the hotel can help you order from them directly, and they'll even deliver to the hotel. Boracay is very, very safe, and the hotel is also very, very safe. It's perfect for team building and meetings; the ground floor restaurant can be used for meetings and even singing. I'm planning to bring my family here for Chinese New Year next time; the manager said they'll have family rooms by then. I'm flying home today, and I already miss every single day I spent here. Honestly, among all my travels, especially abroad, this is the most pleasantly surprising hotel I've ever stayed in! How can I describe it? It's a full-service, one-stop experience! I wholeheartedly and strongly recommend it!"
