We cannot rate Domus Popolo highly enough, our room was really clean and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choice and lots of it. Anna was great, really friendly and even did breakfast a bit early for us when we had to leave for the airport. Nice and close to many attractions and great restaurants, a couple of streets away from the metro. We would definitely stay there again.

Be aware !!!! I actually have not travelled yet however the hotel cancelled our 2 room bookings and said it was at our request which is a complete lie. We did get a very good price a year in advance so I am convince they just decided to drop us bc they know they will get more. Or maybe they overbooked so cancelled the the lowest paid. I am not really sure the reason all I know is we did not request to be cancelled and despite my many attempts to contact them they have not responded. We did a lot of research to find a good hotel(so we thought) and now have to start over with limited space and higher prices. This does not say a lot good about their business practice. So despite all the good reviews be very aware !!!

Cannot recommend this place enough. A lovely place to stay, so well located and within walking distance of so many of the sights. And the staff were so lovely, friendly and really helpful. We left at 6am on our departure morning so were not expecting breakfast but we were left milk, bread, croissants, cheeses & meats in our room the night before, for our breakfast....and a staff members phone number in case we needed anything else! Definitely went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this lovely place to stay in Rome.

On first impressions we had wondered where we had come as the B&B is located within an apartment block However, dont let that put you off. The B&B is ideally located and is close to all the tourist spots, it is clean with rooms cleaned everyday and the breakfast which you have in your room was more than adequate.Jannah was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Rome.

If you need a great B&B in Rome, half an hour from all the attractions, at a great price with great service, a good breakfast to start the day, this is the place for you. 4 days in Rome, without thinking about transportation around the city, accommodation almost in the center of the action, surrounded by local shops, is what makes this place so special. Great service for a good price is what makes the place great. If I return to Rome (and all roads lead to Rome), I will come here again.

Fantastic stay. 4 bedroom apartment, small but well furnished. Quiet room, spotlessly clean with every comfort and minibar. Basic breakfast, mostly Italian style but available at the entrance throughout the day. Location very close to the metro and bus stops but also on foot with a nice walk towards the centre. Welcoming staff as if they were relatives, very kind and always available, always attentive to every request. I really recommend it and I will definitely return!

We booked a room two months in advance. A few days before going they call us to ask for the arrival time. Then two days before they wake up saying that the room had not been booked by mistake, when we also have the email confirming their stay. They tell us that we have to change days because they are unable to give us the room (certainly given to some foreigner from whom they can extract more money) causing us to lose money on train and room. We ask for a refund for the room and after many back and forth between various employees and missed calls they tell us that they would send us an email to give us a refund. To date, after a month of calls to which no one answers, we have still not received a refund for the room and we will proceed through legal action. I advise you to go elsewhere, this is a complete scam, you could find yourself like us without a room and without a refund.

He reservado en septiembre de 2024 para una estancia en enero de 2025 una habitación para este establecimiento por la plataforma Hoteles.com como siempre lo hago. Todo perfecto. Pagué por adelantado. Hace un par de días me llegó una notificación que el establecimiento me ha cancelado la habitación. Sin explicación alguna. Dicen que mi pago no fue confirmado, cuando el dinero si salió de mi cuenta en septiembre y se reembolsó en enero. Una falta de respeto. Con todo organizado me cancelan. Un hotel de verdad jamás haría ese tipo de prácticas. Estos pseudo hoteles se permiten hacer este tipo de cosas. Inaceptable.
