"The rooms and decor are quite refined and very photogenic. Although the room is small, it's fully equipped. It's very close to Termini Station and not far from the main attractions. There are plenty of supermarkets and dining options nearby; the closest supermarket is just around the corner, about 50 meters away on foot. If you arrive early or leave late, you can store your luggage yourself in a small room next to the front desk, which might be a coffee room. I personally feel it's safe. The coffee room has water and a restroom, making it convenient to sit and rest. The hotel has a small, old-fashioned elevator, but there's a flight of stairs from the entrance to the elevator, which can be a bit challenging if you have large suitcases. The shower stall is a bit peculiar, with half glass and half curtain, but it's generally functional. The room heating is excellent; after getting caught in the rain outside, it was instantly warm and dry inside!"

"I stayed at this hotel for five nights, the property itself is new, modern, and in a fantastic location. On the third day, the tissue box in my room ran out, when I asked housekeeping to refill it, they simply said they had “run out” of tissues and made no effort to offer a solution. Thus it was never refilled for the remainder of my stay. This is the first time I have ever encountered a hotel being unable to provide such a basic amenity for its guests. The reception staff were generally unfriendly throughout my stay. It was only on my final night that a male receptionist greeted us with a smile.(Well maybe the hotel would argue that I have very high expectations :)) Overall, the service and maintenance standards leave much room for improvement."

"Advantages - in the city center - can check in late - though it’s a hostel we had a separate room and bathroom - the room was quite clean - there’s a back yard Disadvantages: - the shared kitchen was in poor condition (the hygiene) - dust on upper shelves - doesn’t look as nice as in pictures. All in all fine for a single night stay. But Wouldn’t wanna stay there for more than one night"

"A 10-minute walk from the Central Station, this place offers a quiet escape despite being in a bustling area. The first room I was assigned had a foul, musty odor, making it uninhabitable. It seemed like the toilet might have been broken and without water. After contacting the staff, they immediately came to inspect and moved me to a different room. Although this room was a bit smaller, it had a refrigerator and a kettle, which I actually preferred."

"The room was a bit small (but that's common for Italian hotels, so it's understandable), but it was very new and clean. The front desk staff were all very nice. The hotel is an 8-minute walk from Termini Station, and there's another metro station a 5-minute walk away. They also offer free luggage storage."

"Ruby, Giulia is a great hotel in the heart of Rome close to Termini railway station. The hotel is very clean organized and it has all the amenities you need. A great team of staff that are always there whenever you need help. I wanna give a shout out to three individuals who made our stay so great one is Giuseppe, he upgraded our room and just genuinely a lovely guy. Second is Nada, she took her time out to give us a few recommendations about restaurants and life in Rome, etc. so a huge shout out to her. last but not least the manager Miks. He was so helpful after our data finished on our phones and we were leaving the next day. Thank you all Team Ruby!"

"The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the Roma Termini rail station and Metro. There are few pretty good restaurants around and overall the location seems great. The rooms are pretty and clean, and the hotel looks very good. The only thing which is a little off is the elevator. It is only for 4 persons and has very narrow doors."

"It was okay. This was the first hotel we stayed at in Rome, and we later realized that hotels in this price range are all pretty similar. If you're traveling with kids, I'd recommend bringing your own sheets and pajamas, as the quality is comparable to a budget hotel chain like Home Inn in China. For those who are out and about all day and don't spend much time in their room, this could be a suitable option."
