Normal hotel for its price. Clean and tidy. Close to Roma Termini station so great public transport connections (because all public transport lead to Termini).

I went on a trip with my friend from April 6th to 9th. The hotel is actually much better than we expected. Last year, some friends of ours traveled to Rome and also stayed at Termini, but in a different hotel. They didn't have a very good experience with the area, but we really enjoyed it. The room has everything you need to feel welcome. The bathroom is super clean, the beds are very comfortable, and every morning they come to clean the room and leave it looking brand new. We also had a problem with the hairdryer in the bathroom, as it suddenly stopped working, but we went down to reception right away and they gave us a new one. The staff at reception are also super friendly. The first day we arrived, we asked them a little about the area and places we could visit, and with a map, they showed us all the key points of Rome and also all the places where we could eat well. Plus, we checked out at 10:00 a.m., but the bus to the airport didn't arrive until 2:30 p.m., so we were able to leave our backpacks at reception so we wouldn't have to carry them around all morning. It's super well-connected, as you can easily walk everywhere, so if you have good weather, take advantage of the opportunity to walk. There's also the tram, literally a minute from the hotel door, and the Manzoni metro station or the Victor Mannuele metro station are about a five-minute walk away (we took this one to go to the Vatican, as it's a bit far). It's true that the nightlife is quite crowded with people living on the streets, but the truth is, they don't even approach you or anything. The street is quite busy, both with locals and tourists staying there, so we didn't feel unsafe at any time. There are plenty of shops near the station to buy souvenirs, and as a food recommendation, I recommend the pizzas at the Temple of Minerva restaurant or the pasta and tiramisu at the Imperium restaurant. The overall experience was superb. The hotel is very affordable, making it a great choice for traveling to Rome. The only thing I would change is the pillows, as I'm used to sleeping on larger pillows, but this is a personal preference. Thank you so much for the friendly service and the great experience. We're leaving very, very happy. 💖🇮🇹

Just returned from a three night stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is 15 minutes walk from the Coloseum and ten minutes from the metro line. The hotel has a lovely romantic, renaissance vibe about it and it fits in very well with the feeling of Italy and being in Rome. Some parts could do with a little bit of work but the rooms are comfortable, and clean. The bed was comfortable, we were on the rear of the property and we had the train line behind us, so that can be a little noisy of the door is open. Lovely little balcony to sit out on. The bathroom was a little awkward in the way it was designed. The shower / bath and sink are very close together and the bath is very high so somebody with less mobility or older might have difficulty getting in and out of the bath. There was no plug in the bath so a day after walking around the sites I could have done with a soak so that was a little disappointing. The shower pressure isn’t the best but it’s ok. No restaurant on site but there is a few lovely restaurants within 5 minute walking distance. The reception is 24 hours. It you re wanting luxury then this hotel isn’t for you but like us and you re just looking for a space to sleep and shower then this really is a lovely little hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay

This little gem is in the heart of Rome. Walking distance from all major attractions. Lovely little side streets and amazing views. The hotel is family run and everyone we met was extremely friendly and kind . The rooms where clean and had a real vintage feel for a real Italian experience this is the place. Lovely little room with balcony.highy recommended.

I don't recommend the hotel in summer. The hotel's air conditioning is central and they turn it off every day from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the rooms are without air conditioning. It is impossible to rest in the morning in the heat of the European summer. Unpleasant.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a package that we purchased. We knew it was far from the city center, yet it was walking distance to the Colosseum/Roman Forum and it was close enough to a Metro Station to allow you to go to the Vatican, Spanish Steps and other places very easily. The people were extremely friendly, gracious, informative and helpful to us. Our only complaint is that the breakfast, which was included, was meager, though it was served in a lovely cave-like setting. All in all, it was a fine place to stay.

We stayed here in January with an independent tour. This room came with the tour. We didn’t mind this hotel. The staff were fantastic. The room was quiet and clean. It was a short walk to the metro and the colosseum was about a mile away so we walked it regularly. Our only complaint was breakfast. I’m not sure how Italians could ever mess up coffee but this hotel did. It was awful. The “food” was even worse. We had a couple BAD bread products that I wouldn’t feed my dogs. However, you’re in Italy so we had no trouble getting good breakfast elsewhere but just don’t count on this hotel to provide an edible breakfast.
