Very good hotel. Excellent location, with easy access (2 blocks) to the subway station and 1 block to the bus station.
Very good accommodation.
The only negative point is that some of the staff (not all of them) are very rude. They seem to not like giving information, or they don't like people directly.
Other than that, if you want a very practical and well-located 3-star hotel, you can book the Galileo, which is highly recommended.

Hotel near termini (about 10 min walk) very convenient for buses and metro.
Super clean rooms, excellent buffet breakfast and friendly staff.
Our room had a balcony, a plus.

The location of the hotel is convenient, 10 minutes walk from the train station. The hotel is surrounded by the embassy area, which is relatively safe. Go to the main walkable. The rooms are a bit dated. But acceptable. Breakfast coffee eggs bread milk yogurt. Good value for money.
There are two excellent ice cream parlors near the hotel. Nice restaurants around.

Staff - 2/5 Rooms - 2/5 Facilities for guests - 2/5 Breakfast - 3/5 Location - 4/5 Rooms are very small You get WiFi, AC, blower and that’s about it Staff is not very polite and not very good at helping They don’t provide water but that is the case almost everywhere in Europe.. They don’t provide kettle for hot water even if you get your own water. Even for packed breakfast in case we had to leave early they were not very accommodating. Linen and cleanliness was good. It’s close to the termini train station which is a very good thing.
