It's very good and they waited for us until the last minute because our flight was delayed, I also asked for a glovo and they received it for us and kept it until we arrived.

The heating was controlled by the hotel and switch on a couple of hours in the evening so when spending time in the room to rest in the afternoon was impossible as it was too cold! Same every morning waking up to a freezing room l! A/C not working!

I booked a room for my 70 year old mother standing outside the building, thinking it is a hotel. However, as we pushed the door we realised it's just a door that leads you to an old building, an elevator is to take you to x floor that is a reception/"hotel" when in fact it's just a floor of flats converted into a hotel. My mom had an lift accident when she fell 20 stories down and she doesn't take lifts since. Within 5 minutes of making a booking for 2 nights I asked management for booking cancellation as she was crying downstairs afraid to proceed further and they declined (i.e. still charged in full for 2 nights), even though the booking was made only minutes before. I would have understood them if the booking was made at least an hour before or the night before, which would have meant they lost out on having someone else book. Here it was a matter of minutes. They just wanted to get their little bit of cash and not care for anything else. They could have charged for 1 night and not 2. Entrance is horrible and the whole experience with them was one of the worst. There are plenty of other lovely places in the area, with great customer service, lovely lobby, rooms etc.

Terrible, they don't even have hot water! I would give 0 stars if it were possible. And for 6 hours they've been teasing me by telling me that they will fix the water problem but it's just a joke. In February, showering with cold water is also not possible! Never again!

Renovated apartment in period building. Good location, good cleanliness of the room but very noisy fridge bar and the only sink present is in the room, outside the bathroom. Definitely high quality/price ratio.

The strong points - [ ] Rather quiet and secure area, as is the building which is otherwise of good standard and very clean. - [ ] Building well located 15 minutes walk from the historic center (Trevi Fountain, Campo di Fiori, Piazza Navona, etc.) - [ ] Satisfactory bedding, clean room, several sets of towels and hygiene products (soap, shampoo). Weak points - [ ] Complicated access to the building on the first evening: the door opening system set up via the internet does not work. No answer when we rang and we had to wait for someone in the building to open the door. - [ ] Poorly soundproofed room. - [ ] Slight pipe odors in the bathroom.

I'm only giving one star because you can't do less... upon arrival, the door with the app doesn't open, after a long wait, someone lets me in and kidnaps me for 40 minutes, not letting me into the room because they couldn't find my payment made to Booking. A photo is taken, without asking my permission, of my dog, to make sure it is not large. The photo is sent to the manager who agrees to the entry of the quadruped... I am extorted of €100 deposit by making me sign a sheet listing the rules and penalties from SS: leaving the lift open €50, damaging the shower cubicle €250 and so on . But the real gem is the room, incredibly cold, radiators off, air conditioning that needs maintenance, draft from a broken window on which I had to put a pillow. I called the two contact numbers for about an hour, but they didn't answer me. In the end, via WhatsApp, they told me that the heating "is municipal"! They didn't even bring me another blanket as requested. Shameful!
