Wonderful location. We found it quickly thanks to the photo. Whoever goes, remember, you need a tower. Apartments right in the tower.
Deluxe room is small, lacks cabinets, shelves in the bathroom and frying pans! I hope the managers will hear me and add what is necessary to the apartment.
The managers were contacted via whats"up, they were very pleasant, they asked how things were going and if they needed help.
There is heating (we visited in February), it is clean and comfortable.
The only thing! To go up you need to go up the stairs. For some this may be a problem.
There is no dining table, only a bar counter. It would be uncomfortable for children to sit.

Шикарное месторасположение, очень понравилось.
Есть кондиционер с системой отопления - это огромная редкость, тут было тепло!!!
Все понравилось, кухня, лофт, вид на красивое здание - виден рассвет.
Чисто, компания хозяина очень гостеприимная- сделали уборку и замену полотенец как комплемент, я встречающий мужчина просто душка!!!

We didnt have a great experience here... It started out with the multiple floors of stairs which we can cope with... then no bed-sheets, so asked them to come back to provide sheets for the bed. We had no hot water for 2 of the 6 days, and had to buy our own toilet paper and hand soap which given the nightly price was a bit of an insult. The kitchen is scarecely stocked, so not really enough items to cook for yourself, and we had no dishwash and only one dish towel for a 6 night stay. I just felt that value for money the service was apalling and we have since had whats-app messages from them which i would consider slightly abusive. Rome was amazing, and the location was central, just not a great organisation to deal with.

We booked boldly Torre Caparanica despite quite a few of the TripAdvisor reviews, which we have thought were based on unusually unrealistic expectations, and we were not wrong. First the location- so central and so quiet at the same time, on Piazza Capranica, in the middle of the middle of Pantheon area of Rome! The room was spacious, greatly decorated, without even mentioning a superb masterpiece on the ceiling and the upper parts of the walls. The staff were extraordinary welcoming, friendly and helpful. everything worked like a charm, from airport transfer to the reception. As we were entering the building I was trying to figure out what were all those complaints in reviews that I had read about. The area is super safe, the entry to the building is quite grandiose, and the room that we stayed in was marvelous. And no, I do not think that the elevator is small in contrary, I though it just added to the feeling of cosiness of the entire building. All in all, a great experience, worth maximum rating!

Stayed 4 nights with my wife from 16 to June 20th 2023 in apartment/suite n°6 on the third floor. While the location is great in the heart of Rome historical center, we had a very poor experience at Torre Capranica with two severe problems during the full stay: 1. No cold water at all (only very hot water in the bath room, only super hot/burning water in the shower, kitchenette, even in the toilets!!!,...). No offer for any mineral water to help us out. 2. No A/C at all either in the apartment contrary to what was advertised on the web site. The Temperature got above 37,5°C starting at 3 pm until the middle of the night.!!! We signalled both issues as soon as possible and they were not solved during our stay. The issue was also impacting Aprt 4. When asking to talk to management, first they did not call when we were still there. After insisting, I could talk to them only after we left. We had to ask for an apology :) and did not get any offer for a discount while paying a price place ＞ 500 Euros per night. "It is not the policy of management; you should have left the place if you were not happy and asked for a refund" is what we were told.

It is not at all convenient for families..many stairs..not friendly hostess at all..insufficient lighting..no heating at all..as a result we were freezing at night..not even an espresso machine in the apartment..and when we left we had to take our suitcases by taxi 2 kilometers away from where the apartment is..and to take them but to pick them up we needed a taxi..lacked soundproofing..far away especially from families and strollers even more so..!!
