there is a very nice window and the room is equipped with a fridge. staff there is very kind though it is a little hard to find cuz check in is in another place. The yard is very nice，but due to this there are some fries in the room.

First red flag was when the instructions say contact them at least 24hrs before check in but there’s no contact info!! The advert is utterly misleading and its only good point is the location to Vatican City. On arrival at the apartment there is less info than the emails we received. No contact info, no phone information, no name absolutely nothing!! Our only option was to go for a coffee and look for another place to stay. And thankfully this bad experience didn’t ruin a good couple of days. Please please read the reviews before you book here!!

The photos show beautiful rooms, but in reality something completely different. This room was superior but only in Internet Minus: 1.The shower is very small, only for very slim people (width approx. 45 cm), it was difficult to turn around, there is no handle attached, you have to wait a few minutes for hot water. There was no room for cosmetics either. 2. Wifi only worked well 1 day out of 6, the rest of the days practically not at all. 3. The windows are dirty, old, not washed for a long time 4. There is a TV, a few programs only in Italian 5. The offer included room cleaning, but no one came for 6 days. To receive bathroom accessories, you had to report it to the reception. 6. Reception located a few streets from the facility (on plus friendly service) Plus: 7. Very nice area, close to the Vatican. There is a restaurant serving breakfast next door. 8. Air conditioning works OK. 9. Bed OK (on minus 1 pillow per person, only pillowcase, no duvet.

Not recommended!!! Not profesional. I had to cancel my journey and they are never replying to the email or phone ! They oblige you to give contact but when you need to contact them no one is here ! Don’t book there because if something happen you will not be helped

Booked for 2 nights, arrived around 9.30pm so had to pick up our keys from one site before driving to our room location. On opening the door to our room my first thought was it doesn’t look like the pictures. Toilet / bathroom very smelly. Old dusty furniture. We dropped our bags off and went to get a bite to eat, little did I realise in a few hours we would be the bite to eat for the bed bugs. After our meal we came back to the room and my hubby, kids and myself went to sleep, at around 4am in the morning my husband woke me up saying he thought he felt things crawling over him, how right he was, they were all over our bed. Woke the children up and noticed flecks of blood stained sheets , this is a ongoing problem as the sheets were stained with old blood. Never felt so creeped out, contacted the owner who told us he would get us another room for 9am in the morning. Walking the streets of room as couldn’t sleep in the room. When owner finally answered my call as nobody turned up at 9am we were offered another room. On inspection Guess what !! more bed bugs. Asked for a refund and was told I would be given a half refund as we had stayed one night and marked down as a no show so I couldn’t write a review.

We booked a room for four people and it was quite small. The room was dirty, the beds were very uncomfortable. Check in is done in a different place in another building. The only good thing is the proximity to the Vatican about 15 minutes walk.

Very comfortable apartment, located steps from the Vatican museums and Saint Peter's Square. Clean, comfortable. Bed and pillows a little old. It includes a coffee and a cornetto for breakfast at the bar below, which we loved. Nice area, with bars and rest. There is also a carrefour where you can stock up on everything, even meals. Very close to the metro. I would return.

The structure is terrible! ATTENTION DO NOT BOOK!!! I had to deal with the manager, who canceled my reservation the day before, to earn from 80 euros from a March reservation, to 900 euros per night on the day of the Italian cup final. The management confirmed to me that in their structure the automatic cancellations are 100 per day, due to their credit card control systems, so I have a reservation confirmed in March and the day before, in May high season they voluntarily cancel my payment, to earn 900 euros a day for the cup final! They are scammers, avoid this structure, you will have the same problems I went through, I had to book outside Rome, losing my museum reservations. ALL TRUE!
