The hotel is very new & clean. Quite a good selection of foods at Breakfast. Location is quite central to the tourist attraction. There is a tram station right outside the hotel front gate which takes you to Colosseum directly. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice and staff are well trained, the hotel area is clean. The breakfast is good but could change variety and provide e.g. boiled eggs. Not so convenient to take public transportation as you need to change bus or walk some distance.

The room I booked in advance stated that I preferred a high floor room away from the elevator, but we were actually given a room on the first floor with no view. The location is average, the surrounding area is under construction and is quite shabby, but the hotel is still very new. There are a lot of residual lint after wiping with the bath towel, and there are hairs on the sheets. Self-service check-in is available.

Decent hotel, modern and has all you need. Clean rooms, good amenities. Decent gym and rooftop pool and bar. Staff seemed a little stressed, especially around breakfast every morning. This was a "free for all" each morning with breakfast set up still ongoing at 7.20am (breakfast supposedly from 7am). This could be an issue for anyone in a morning rush looking to have breakfast before they head out.

Great amenities located close to town. Few areas still under construction but generally a great value. The manager Arian is incredibly rude and should be avoided.

Very modern and stylish hotel, well-maintained with great attention to detail. Great location. You can reach the city center or Termini station either by nearby public transportation or by taking a 20-30 minutes walk. The facilities and common areas are excellent - everything you need is available (laundry, gym, etc.). I loved the common areas - they were spacious and well-designed. The breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of choices. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. One of the things I appreciated the most was the free laundry service — it was easy to use, always available, and incredibly useful during my stay. It made a big difference, especially for longer trips. A great added value that not many hotels offer. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. However, the service at the front desk could be improved - possibly due to an understaffed team who couldn’t manage the flow of guests efficiently. The idea of self check-in is excellent and convenient, but in practice, assistance from staff was still needed at times. The bar staff were disappointing. They were extremely slow and it felt like they were not properly trained or simply not interested in helping guests, which really affected the experience. I'm not giving 5 only for that. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff were excellent - kind, smiling, efficient, and always did a great job. Overall, it was a pleasant stay - the hotel itself is excellent.

I received a 15% welcome discount via email, but during booking there was no option to enter the code. The front desk gave incorrect info, emails were ignored, and only after two weeks of chasing I was told the discount didn’t apply — due to unclear terms never mentioned upfront. From a hotel that claims to put community and service first, you’d expect to still get the promised discount after so many mistakes. Sadly, that was not the case. Never again.

Rooms are have a nice design and are aesthetically pleasing. However, what meets the eye is that they are dirty. There was dust everywhere, including under the bedding- which was not swept or mopped for quite some time. The bedding was not washed and not overly comfortable - room only had one pillow. Construction was active on site during my visit. Also, the pool was inadmissible as it was under maintenance for the duration of my stay (was also not made aware of this). The main reason I booked this hotel as a single traveler was to use the amenities. Overall, I was disappointed for a building and facility that has so much potential.
