Staying in this hotel was a disaster from the very start... staff not helpful at all .. some of them very rude, mostly the thin man with a beard ! They lack good communication skills.. restaurant service very poor ..toilets next to restaurant were very dirty .. rooms without coffee or tea facilities.. very flat pillows without extra ones in the room..no privacy in room with sound and noises coming from adjacent rooms.. leaving our luggages in the luggage room were found stained with coffee.. All in all will definitely not recommend staying in this hotel !

What we liked ….. the hotel staff were mostly helpful and approachable. They were friendly and pleasant. The gardens were nice, the freshwater pool was lovely and I had it to myself, plenty of available sunbeds. Breakfast was good, lots of variety and the dining area was spacious. The bathroom was lovely, hairdryer was provided and the bath was great, always plenty of hot water for a bath or a shower. There is a small fridge and a safe in the room. Close to the hotel is a supermarket and a really nice Cuban restaurant, it looks a bit ropey from outside but is actually nice inside and the food was very good! What could be improved…… the hotel is not close to the centre of Rome, the 118 bus stop is close by but you have to buy a ticket BEFORE you get on the bus and they are hit and miss whether they turn up. The hotel don’t provide tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. The pillows are like bricks, a comfortable pillow would have made a huge difference. The hotel is noisy even during the night people talk and laugh in the corridors. Polite notices would be useful. It would be great if the hotel could have provided an information pack with useful information such as bus/taxi, map etc. It was still 26 degrees but the pool was closed after our first day, if would have been amazing if it could have stayed open for perhaps another couple of weeks. We were badly bitten by mosquitoes whilst in the hotel, my son was bitten 49 times, perhaps this could have somehow been prevented I’m not sure. All in all, the hotel was clean and we did enjoy our stay. With a few small adjustments it would have been really great.

To define this Hotel a 4 Stars is a Scam for sure.. First of all... Furnitures are old and damaged .Noisy air conditioning because of the old building system. Dust at the entrance of the room and dump on ceiling. Request to change a room as all hotels politic will be the song : " Today we are fully booked". You can't pay 145 € per night and 7.50 € city tax at day for this! Please choose a better option for your stay! Customer service inexistent!

After the room cleaning, i found my shoes under the armchair. It is obvious that, this is not an accident. The shoes were not in the place that i left. I will stay here 2 more nights, but i feel uncomfortable, i put “do not disturb” card on my door, because the ************ housekeeper can even stole something from my room, and im 100% sure that reception does not care about this. they just say sorry, but didnt do much more than. even they didnt check the camera in my situation. moreover; last night, the hotel was full of young people who made so much noise till 3 am. we called reception, and they said it is not their responsibility, they didnt do anything. so, if you’re looking an accommodation place, in which you wanna feel uncomfortable, hotel capannelle is the best option. because when you’re victim, the hotel management side is not there for you :)

Hotel 30 minutes from the center by direct bus, which would not have been a problem if it had been spotless but unfortunately it is not! Absolutely not worth a 4 * but rather a 3 *. The beds are atrociously hard and the rooms full of mosquitoes that have taken up residence in the hotel's swimming pool. The swimming pool is not freely accessible and yet really does not have to be paid for!! Only Tommy at reception was lovely with us otherwise it seems that we disturbed everyone else. I strongly advise against the hotel restaurant which is really not good.

It is a large structure, in a somewhat 70s-80s style, on the outskirts of Rome, in the perfect area if you need to reach the Capannelle racecourse and the surrounding areas. The room we were assigned was very large, even if one of the beds was positioned so as to partially block the entrance, but nothing to worry about. Breakfast should definitely be integrated with a wider choice. There were only croissants and bread to toast, eggs and bacon and a so-so "house cake". A larger choice would better reflect the hotel's classification. If you want to visit the city center of Rome, the area is not convenient, although there is a bus stop about 200 meters from the hotel, travel times for the central area, between bus and metro, can reach up to a Now.

Sin. Bathtub stopper missing, cleanliness in short, breakfast better not to have any illusions. Tourist tax at 6 euros although it is not the hotel's fault. Mini bar with only water, in short I had been there before, but I won't go back again. Decadent

I stayed in this property for a few days between the end of March and the beginning of April, a slightly dated hotel, with little attention to cleanliness, decent breakfast, but the very serious fact was that on the morning of my departure, while I was out of the room to carry the suitcases to the car, someone from the cleaning staff on the 4th floor entered the room to steal the money from my wallet, I immediately reported it to the gentlemen, 2 men and 2 women, but they clearly pretended nothing had happened, incredible.
