3星的原因是它基本上就是個三星級酒店的水平了呀……羅馬嘛，就是又貴又爛……客房服務人員會把桌上的錢當小費拿走，也不會主動更換浴室的一次性用品，房間不是很大，訂了五晚也沒有迎賓水果和甜品，陽台房的景觀也很差，反正就是很爛啦！

嚴重差評，對於攜程的訂單完全是歧視性分房，本來3:00入住，結果告知沒有，到了5點拿到房之後，發現居然是最基礎房型（我們是加價升級了帶陽台的景觀房），後續找前台重新核訂單，結果敷衍説他們看錯了，換了陽台房，結果直接是端頭樓梯間，後續攜程跟進，酒店一直説經理下班滿房沒法調整（各平台顯示有房），換房退錢都是不可能的，因為是帶着一個小孩子，拖着兩個大箱子，實在是覺得不方便再換，酒店不接受攜程的任何退款或升級協調，加之整個酒店透露出的歧視感，早餐接待門僮都一樣，三天住起來都覺得噁心（有海外留學背景英文還算熟練）。我職業算半個酒店人，因為差旅和個人遊的花費高也是攜程的黑鑽，第一次鄭重的寫差評，希望給後面的客户選擇這家酒店一點參考，當然覺得我玻璃心的請隨意感受。

房間很大，洗手間比較小需要轉身騰挪。房間重新裝修，全屋地板非常漂亮。酒店高檔，處處體現精緻。羅馬的酒店價格很貴，但入住洲際是非常值得的。
