Lovely stay at Triviho Hotel. Location is relatively close to main tourist attractions, distance is walkable. The hotel reception is located on Level 1 of the building but there is lift access. You can only access the hotel with a PIN code at night as it is a secured building so we liked that added security. Rooms were modern, clean, spacious and well equipped with necessary amenities.
Hotel staff are really helpful and friendly. Also, enjoyed a nice breakfast spread in the morning.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The spacious rooms boasted a gorgeous design.
However, there were a few drawbacks. The lack of water restocking in the room was inconvenient, especially given Rome's hot weather. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was limited and the dining area was cramped. The ground floor security staff were unfortunately rude and unhelpful when we tried to locate the hotel reception. A clear sign indicating the reception's location within the lifts would be beneficial, as the hotel is situated in a building with other businesses.
Furthermore, the rooms were not soundproof, and we could hear noise from the corridor. The air conditioning in our room malfunctioned, and despite notifying the staff, the issue remained unresolved. The floor lights also did not switch off completely, making it difficult to sleep in the already hot room.
Overall, this is a relatively new hotel with a few teething problems that I believe will be addressed in the future. If you're seeking a centrally located hotel in Rome, I would still consider staying here.

Excellent hotel and value for money. 5 minutes walk from the metro, 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and 15 from the train station. Stylish, beautiful, cozy. The rooms were cleaned every day. The only thing I understood was that there was no free water in the room, well, okay) Breakfasts are quite modest, the breakfast room is small. But this does not spoil the impression. You can always go outside, walk a few meters and choose an establishment to your taste. There is a supermarket nearby, and a kettle in the room. There were also unusual paintings, some of them are torn and this of course spoils the impression, I would replace them or remove them from the room completely. I also read in reviews that the hotel is difficult to find. It was quite easy for us, the only thing is that we spent a long time looking for the reception on the floors, and it turned out to be on the first floor) Otherwise, everything is great. I recommend it.

The location of the hotel is excellent! The staff provided a higher floor, the design of the hotel is creative, modern! Towels in the room were changed daily, I liked the "Smart Home" system in the room) The pastries at breakfast are wonderful - I highly recommend the chocolate muffin) The reception staff gave a city map upon check-in, offered a luggage storage service upon check-out) I would only advise changing the low poufs and armchairs in the breakfast area to chairs - it is not very comfortable for elderly people :)
