This was a real find. Good price and so perfectly located. We walked everywhere from our hotel. The staff were lovely, and the price included breakfast in the communal kitchen. It was was actually rather fun seeing who the other guests were. I also loved walking up into a real apartment building.

Clean, clean clean. Located in a historic central Rome building, the Feronia Guest House is perfectly located for easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon - sights history and antiquity at every corner in Rome. €8 cab ride from Roma Termini or to the Vatican - a Superb location in the heart of Rome. A stroll back in time to the days of the Roman Empire. Daniella runs a tight ship at Feronia Guest House welcoming all with great breakfast to start the day. This is a great pick for the budget traveller.

Sadly, we arrived within the expected time of arrival but could not gain access to the Guest House no matter how many time the rang the doorbell. We stood on the street with our suitcases until someone from the building opened the door on their way out. We then waited a further 10 minutes outside the Front door to the Guest house and with no response we then phoned the contact Number on the door. It then took a further 5 minutes before someone arrived to let us into the Guest house. We were then asked to sit in the Breakfast room whilst our Room was checked before being shown around. Breakfast on the first morning was hit and miss. We arrived at 8.30 am and made our own unaware that it was usual for someone to arrive and cater for our needs at the breakfast table, which was really superb for the few following breakfast mornings thanks to the services of Daniella who made sure we were well fed! The Guest House is a large Apartment renovated and refitted to create 5 Good sized on-suite rooms along with a Breakfast Room and Office. Our Room was very clean and tidied up and cleaned daily. The beds were also very comfortable and clean. Apart from our wait on our day of arrival, the service for the rest of our stay was first class and would recommend asking the Feronia to arrange the Airport Taxi Services which were punctual and fairly priced for both arrival and departure. Would we use the Feronia again? …The answer would be an outstanding Yes! … It is extremely well located and central for walks to all the Major Attractions in and around Rome. Shopping, Bars and Restaurants are all located within the immediate vincinity with a very interesting mix of Bars and Restaurants at the nearby Fiori de Campo Piazza for those evenings out ..... and a bonus proper, in wall ATM attached to a Bank was also handy directly across the road!

Months ago I made a reservation at this place, I stayed four days and then another. The reservation corresponded to 30%, we stayed, no problem was ever reported to us, we were even explicitly told that everything was fine, I am back in my country, and now they tell me that the 30% could not be debited, they have arrived to question whether I am even presenting a card with no funds. In my country, making an international transfer is a complex, expensive and slow procedure, and at this point the only option they offer me is to make an international transfer. On a 22 day trip it is the only place where I have had problems with payment. If you consider booking in this place, be very careful with pre-authorizing the reservation, in the year 2024 and request payment by bank transfer. Also, they don't inform you that they charge for late check in until you arrive at the place, so be careful with this too. Annoyed by the handling made, and by the questioning of my integrity.

Very good stay and close to everything. Maria is super sweet. Always with a smile. Lovely bed. Breakfast is made whatever you want. We were there for the marathon and were able to make breakfast ourselves early in the morning, which was very easy. Some street noise, but you are in a city after all

B&B in a central and very comfortable position: in 10 minutes it is possible to walk to Trastevere, Piazza Venezia with the Altare della Patria and the forums leading to the Colosseum. There is a stop in the immediate vicinity where several buses pass (also for Termini). The room was very spacious and bright. The very abundant breakfast (Brioches, bread, jams, cakes, fruit, yoghurt, etc.) is served in a common lounge and table. Being practically in the center, the room is not soundproofed so I recommend bringing earplugs to sleep, as there is a lot of noise outside in the evening/night.

Prenoto una camera presso questa struttura, ma per errore nel marzo 2026 anziché nel 2025 e non rimborsabile. Il proprietario mi liquida subito dicendo che la cancellazione gratuita non è possibile perché la piattaforma non lo consente. Invece la piattaforma(Booking) me la concede e fa sapere però che tutto dipende dal proprietario. Quest'ultimo non ha proprio neanche risposto alle mail. Mi sarei aspettata almeno un rimborso parziale o una spiegazione. Comunque una scortesia e una mancanza di rispetto che non ho mai trovato da nessuna parte. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Deberían dar pastillas para dormir a los que alquilen las habitaciones que dan a los tranvías. Una vez que entras y comentas la incidencia, no te hacen caso y dicen que nadie se queja. He tenido que ir a otro sitio y no me han devuelto el dinero. La peor manera de iniciar un viaje.
