1, awful, uncordial staff, just worse than an 18th century setup....Boys hostels are much better. Just like a prison. You step inside the room and it's over. Bathroom you can't even enter so small. Disgusting breakfast. Only the location is fine.

There is no remote control for the air conditioner in the room, you can borrow it from the front desk. Breakfast is included, but it's not very tasty. With our suitcase storage service, you can rest assured that your suitcase will be stored in a locked warehouse. The rooms are in normal condition and are suitable for the price. It takes 3 minutes from the hotel entrance to the outside door of the food court on the 1st floor of Termini Station. Walk a little to the right and you will find the bus stop for the airport. Easter weekend 2023. Rome is very full. Very comfortable hotel near Termini station, well heated rooms on the fifth floor because it was cold!!! although in April it is rare in Rome!! Quiet at night, because you're tall, and the fixtures are good. Bathroom and room cleaned well. Linen too. Comfortable mattresses, average breakfast, friendly staff. Excellent luggage storage and bathroom on the courtyard which is very convenient if there are 4 of you both on arrival and on departure. We left for home at 3pm and the luggage storage after the 11am check out gave us another morning in Rome...... that's not cheap!!!!! Great for those who don't want to spend capital to visit the Eternal City!!!
